Cmon Thor!!.. all of those connections on the side of the van screams RV!! Take a page out of the Roadtrek handbook and conceal them.

I don't know how you can quote 171000 dollars for a van with a straight face. Prices have gotten unbelievably ridiculous

Really like this, but it would be nice if they had covered the rear doors. For the price, looking at the bare metal on the top of the doors is unacceptable.

A class B with 4 captain's chairs? That's amazing. The fact that it's all-wheel-drive helps a lot with driving in the rain and snow.

I really like the floorplan and the decent bathroom👍but having to get on my knees to get something out of that mini fridge, the one burner cooktop and a cheap plastic toilet Womp!Womp!Womp!Womp! in a $170,000 RV is a dealbreaker😩

I like the floor plan and the 4 seats and the storage. The bath room is great for a van. I don’t like the screen for the door. And tv placement. Thank you Matt and Becky!

Matt, AWD is for improved traction on wet, snowy, and sandy roads. 4x4 is for the best traction off road. Mercedes moved to AWD probably because true 4W4 requires three locking differentials and a dual range gearbox, all of which are bulky heavy parts that can add $3-4000 plus complexity and weight that hurt gas mileage. On the other hand, once you have the manadtory ABS brakes in a vehicle, AWD just requires a different software in the ABS system. Saves lots of parts and weight. Using ABS for "torque vectoring" AWD also invisibly wears out your brakes, as the vehicle is constantly using them invisibly adjust wheel speed. So when Mercedes says AWD is an impovement? That's an improvement to their profits. You'll need to call pricey off-road recovery more often if you head into federal lands.

We looked at a Roadtrek much like this but two wheel drive some years ago. Concluded it was more luxury than we could afford, but it would have been nice.

Are you sure they sell the V6 with AWD? My understanding is the V6 is discontinued

How soon we forget Matt! You said you didn't have to worry about the bike rack when you closed the rear door but I remember the video where the rear bike rack clobbered you when you closed those rear doors! 😫

The only way the 2 passenger seats works is without restriction of reclining. The upright build is just a waste might as well do the uncomfortable bench seat outs all the same!...

Ho Becky, always great to see you! Matt should do more B (and B+) vans so we can see more of you….. About the van….. I’m 5’10” tall, so I’d also be skimming my.head on the bathroom ceiling. Maybe they should make a floor plan where there’s a split bathroom where the shower is on one side and the sink and toilet on the other. Best place to put it would be way in back just in front of the back doors so there’d be more room in the middle for the kitchen and dining/bedroom. I like the 4 captain chairs, they do look much more comfortable than any other set up I’ve seen.

This floor looks better if you take a day trip with friends or family. Maybe an overnight trip. Just 1 problem is that cabinet next to the bathroom is big, other words, it takes away more sitting in the back. Bathroom is not big guy friendly in camper van. That’s my pros and cons about this camper van

Is there a Class B 4x4 Motorhome that can sleep 4 and seat 4, has an indoor shower and you can cook inside? Preferably Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter based.

I LOVE the Class B with Becky, Becky is simple charminng and somebody one could work with and she uses B's which is FABULOUS,....this is wonderful...only 6 inches shorter and with the bike rack..maybe my 25 min. place would take me..If i go B and not B plus I just want something like this, I hope the all wheel drive makes it more stable..w.o the as you say real bounce around a 4 wheel drive can be..i think for snow country that sometimes vans are not best for..this one w/ tires and all wheel drive may really be the ticket. Very nice w/o Utra ones type of expense.

I like this layout, however, is there an option to remove the 2 additional captains chairs and make the bathroom bigger? And is there any B van out there that would have room/option for a combo washer/dryer? I know space and weight are factors, but maybe there's a possibility in the future?

I don't like the additional captains seats. If I was going to use this I would rather have that space used for something else like storage space or maybe some sort of bench seat that would convert into a bed for an additional guest. I agree, the price is crazy but I also realize because it's a Mercedes chassis that adds to the price. Also stop with the golf course stuff. We can all see it and it's distracting when you are shooting videos.

Even though I like this as a luxury travel van, putting a bathroom in it that you can't stand up in is utterly ridiculous. Sure, it's fine for kids and short people, but add a 1" shoe sole to men already 6' and 6'1, will they want to duck while standing to pee ? 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm sorry but these $200k class b's are getting VERY old.

Never understood why B builders put in four chair, driver and passenger plus those two extras is beyond me. I mean you are not going to head off camping with four people in that little thing. Full disclosure I am not a B fan, they are cute little toy RV's but hey I guess some like to camp in a match box.
