'old-fashioned' manual labor is good if it's a hobby. But in this video, we see awful awful workshop with zero safety. Workers will get traumas and chronic diseases here. Then they will die or lose jobs, then their children will take their place in such workshops to earn some money instead of getting an education. It's a vicious circle.
