I'll agree with most here: chainsaws are incredibly dangerous tools, and get the right tool for the job, and get training before using one. Biggest problem here with this attachment is that the angle grinder has an on-off switch, chainsaws have a trigger that must be kept pushed in, and for good reason. Stay away from this gadget in my opinion.
I got this cheap chainsaw grinder attachment. It cost $5 USD. It used to sell 25-30 bucks in my country. I'm v impressed that I did chop down 10 medium size trees before the front bearings pop out. That's when I did ordered 3 spare chains. Just received another two sets today. It's so good. Fit on my Makita grinder with easy cut off switch
I would recommend only using this product on one of the newfangled grinders with a 'brake' and a trigger (not the switch that stays on). I know it is not a huge saw, but if you were to drop this on your foot, etc. the blade would keep going.
Its probably not as powerful as a normal chainsaw, but it disturbs me so much that there isnt the emergency kill switch bar behind your top hand, and other safety features. It can still kick bag and f*ck you face up! Be careful of these... though they are better than the circular ones no doubt, they are still incredibly dangerous! Also, i hope to god you had a genuine use for a tree that small that could have grown another century or maybe more!
The one I received had bolts that were too short to go through the body and instructions that didn't match what was in the box - or that's shown in this video! The design is now completely different. Unless you are handy at modifying and repairing mechanical tools, I suggest you stay away from this product!
No kick back prevention, ie chain brake. You can buy a cordless chainsaw cheaper. Be good for little jobs but looks like a pain in the arse to set up each time.
Ask yourself why your brain and eyes don't function correctly..It does have a chain break..It's the black plate in front of the handle.....Same place it is on ALL chainsaws !!!!!!!!!
No gloves, no glasses, no helmet, shorts, t-shirt, no safety boots...puuuh....I guess, this young man will loose a lot parts of his body, when it comes to really bad conditions....
Why is everyone worried about the damn tree? They should not watch tool videos! Anyway, the one I got from Wish,only had the smaller sprocket,so it didn't fit any grinders that I have. Sold it in a garage sale.🤚 It would have been nice to have to limb some of the bigger trees that I'm killing!

This dude is crazy. He cut that fucking wood with the upper tip of the blade. Just to notify that is the part from blade of that sort when you make conact kickback occurs
No safety Pants, Boots, Gloves, Face Shield, The hospital & doctors make lots of money off this type of guy. Safety starts with a "S" but it begins with YOU. This tool may make a good self defense weapon.
Всё-таки лучше аккумуляторная цепная пила. Пользуюсь DUC 302 Z. Отлично пилит на полную шину. Заготавливаю валежник, ясень, дуб и акация. Аккумуляторы 2 штуки по 5 а/ч.

Eh to je malo problem sve ti zavisi od baterije meni npr. je 3ah baterija dovoljna da roknem 2 stabla onakva ko iz videa :D Ali na struju je top :D Samo sve lijepo namijesti i koristi rukavice i zastitnu opremu xd
Bet its hard to find now , people had nothing good to say about it . Also Black & Decker did these type of things to its drills in 1980s , i have still the hedge trimmer attachment . You can get an electric chainsaw for under 99 , its safer and better , when there is no kickback emergency stop in this device , so there is high risk of cutting your self .

looks fantastic BUT PLEASE LEARN HOW DANGEROUS A CHAINSAW IS & NEVER LEAVE THE BLADE RUNNING AT FULL SPEED WHILE U SWING IT AROUND 1 HANDED MOVING A LOG WITH OTHER HAND......... NEVER CUT WITH THE FURTHEST PART OF THE BAR BEING 1ST PART TO TOUCH THE WOOD UNLESS U KNOW WOT YOU ARE DOING & IF HE KNEW HE WOULD HAVE SOME SAFTETY EQUIPMENT
The amount of chainsaw related injuries is now going to increase. Take it from a tree surgeon, these things are an accident waiting to happen. No chain brake, no chain stop if it snaps,no hand guard, the list goes on. Just buy a tool that's designed for the job, electric chainsaws are cheap enough and have all safety features in place. Make sure you got good health insurance if you use one of these products.
And the technical list of problems could continue with the following: self-locking trigger mechanism, poor log-dog design, the whole mechanism could turn because it is placed into the place of the grinders protective shield, the gravitational chain-oiling system can't ensure proper lubrication with side tilted tool (while felling), no protection for chain tearing...
I use chainsaws every day for a living, this looks like a terrible product and i wouldnt recomend it to anyone. You can rent real chainsaws for a good price or if you lack experience from using chainsaws at all just get someone to help you, just dont buy this
Ok. I found chain saw pro good. Now I think that this dude is playing with his life when he uses that. I mean he is cutting with the upper corner part of the blade :D
