Thanks for showing this beautiful home! The floor plans show Cellar on basement 1 and basement 2 but I didn’t see it. Did you miss it?

From our research, the cost of living in Italy is considered to be lower than France, and France supposedly has higher taxes, especially for those in a higher tax bracket. Not sure where you reside, but living in the states, the 7% flat tax areas are most attractive for us. Those regions are: •Sicily •Calabria •Sardinia •Campania •Basilicata •Abruzzo •Molise •Puglia In addition, some towns in Lazio, Marche and Umbria can also qualify. Here is a site we reference often with great info: www.studiolegalemetta.com/legal-questions-and-answers/italian-7-per-cent-flat-tax/. Something also worth looking into is the list of towns willing to pay you to move there. They all have various requirements, but definitely worth considering if a move to Europe is one of your goals😊 Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions✨
