Mangwon Markets in Seoul South Korea are one of my favourite places to visit because there is so much amazing food there! Today Nichola from My Korean Husband and I check out one of her favourite jeon places, which is a dish where various vegetables and mince meat mixtures are covered in flour and egg and then fried on a hot plate.

Don't want to sound bitter but, maybe because she is talking to blond haired blue (or brown) eyed women? Love Sara, just a guess. Might be wrong and for Pete's sake, don't get offended...correct me if I am wrong though...

The lady is so nice, and she seemed happy you stopped by and took the time to chit-chat. Also, wow, you're totally not alone in thinking those crab jeon look like flags! When I watched the Chuseok video and you guys (and Hugh's family) were making some jeon, I really thought they were made to look like flags!

I miss the cold weather of Korea. There is a certain smell in the air when it gets that cold and everything tastes so amazing. Walk in that cold weather until your face goes numb and then go to a street food stand and get some warm soup to warm you up~ the best feeling.

Dude I'm sitting here in Hawaii where its 70 F in the morning and Sara is sitting their in -7 degrees with a lighter jacket than I would where in 60 F weather. How?!

Thank you for this vlog. I’ve never heard of Jeon before. Its inspired me to find the recipes of Jeon (found zucchini and seafood) can’t wait to make it !!! That would be a great title “Eating Jeon in -7 degrees” hahaha !!! Take care, be safe and stay hungry, thanks again !!!

마포 공덕역 부근에 가보면 전골목이 있어요. 전을 파는 가게들이 모여있는 골목인데 한번정도 가보셔도 재미있을꺼 같아요. 여러종류에 전이 많이 있거든요

어제 시간 없어서 좋아요 누르고 지금에서야 다 봤네요. 피시앤칩스랑 맞이 같은 이유는 같은 생선이기때문입니다. 그리고 전같은 경우 한국에서는 제사음식으로 많이 쓰기때문에 대중적인 음식으로 자리보존 된거죠. 맛있게 먹는 모습이 정말 보기가 좋네요. 항상 재미있게 잘보고 있습니다. 제가 못 먹는 음식들을 먹는 모습을 보고 대리만족할 수 있어서 더 좋네요. (당뇨병 진단 받아서 음식조절 중이거든요. ㅠㅠ) 요새 저는 식사로 Weet-bix 를 먹고 있습니다...
