👦 This is a factory that mass-produces Korean kimchi. Clean hygiene and state-of-the-art facilities are impressive. 🏠 (Google Map) goo.gl/maps/doRUMsTQQGFwAsiS7
I can't believe how CLEAN that factory is. If you saw America factories, you would vomit and make all your own food from scratch. I love Kimchi, love making it myself at home too.
same here in sweden😂 i used to work in a sausage factory and it was gross😷 i left the job after only 6 month and since then i have trust issues😂 and hate all processed food
I'm adopted by a Korean and have a absolute love for the culture and food I always always have kimchi in my fridge maybe some day I can visit this beautiful country
Thank you 😊 Usually foreigners don't eat it well because it's spicy!!! But it's not too spicy, so you'll be able to enjoy it. Thank you for liking Korean dramas and kimchi!
i’ve tried package kimchi/ kimchi made by restaurants in my area, they taste so bad so i thought that kimchi taste bad,but when try making it by myself just like this video, they actually taste like heaven and i’m addicted
It is difficult to adapt to all fermented foods. However, it is highly addictive and the taste of fermentation is the best one among the flavors that humans can feel.
This is a traditional food of korean. it's really delicious and popular food in supermarket of Vietnam. A huge number of people are likely to eat whenever they go to Korean Buffet Restaurants in Vietnam. They include me. Awesome.
A very beautiful produced product! I'm from Germany and lucky to be able to purchase original fresh Korean kimchi here. It is by far my favourite topping. ❤
my boss is korean ,they taught me how to do it ,im the one whos incharge in making it,it takes 11 to 12 hrs in 100kilos,,so tired but worth it and proud here ,the best kimchi in the supermarket where we work usually our fellow Filipino customer used to come for kimchi alone.the best kimchi ever 👌😁😉
I also had an experience working in a Kimchi factory, I just stop because I got pregnant.. but the experience helped me to learn how to prepare and do kimchi, I used what I've learn every Kimjang season with my inlaws! 😁
That’s the kind of company I wana work 😊 all the workers are wearing provided ppe gears !!! Company looks nice n clean tho and how they work !!!. Nice to watch keep up the good work kimchi
There are a variety of kimchi in Korea, the birthplace of kimchi. In addition to cucumber kimchi, radish kimchi, white kimchi, green onion kimchi, and young radish kimchi, there are numerous types. In port cities, they also put seafood such as oysters and hairtail in kimchi.😆🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷 What they sell in China and Japan is not kimchi!

I had learned so much with your videos, I finished watching this one and ran to the kitchen to eat the Last kimchi bought at Costco, with White rice and Chuck steak. I feel like doing it myself.
Make sure read the back label and made in S. Korea NOT made in CHINA. China imitate to make kimchi in China and it's sooooooo...... disgusting. A Chinese naked man bath with cabbages.. it's in youtube video. China try to make profit that anything is popular from S. Korea. They even claim Korean food and culture are Chinese tricks on internet to fool foreigners because most nation can't tell whether Chinese or S. Korean, Japanese. Decades ago Japan as well try to steal Kimchi is Japanese. They actually call Kimchi called kimunichi .... haha..... China and Japan for thousands and hundred years been attacking, stealing, lying about Korea. Especially after WWII Japan hidden many Korean history artifacts, lobbied internationally until today and to lie, to hide the truth what they've done. China as well hidden Korean Koryo dynasty of Korea, the historical artifacts been hidden and stole Korean land as well.
Costco kimchi is alright to me, 7.5-8/10, not the best kimchi but not the worst pre-prepared either and it is a good value for the price. To me the main reason is when being produced en masse, the leaves get very bruised compared to homemade, and they lose the crunchiness which should be there. Some kimchi from Asian grocery stores are even worse, very mushy. I also find Costco kimchi could use more ginger and scallion for my taste. Homemade kimchi could best be fermented starting with white rice, which cannot happen in the factory I think and that is a huge loss. I also add ground pear and apple for the natural sweet-sourness.
You have amazing videos! What I have always wondered is how they keep the machines so clean? It would be very interesting if you could show an end of the day routine where they clean the factory.
I have to say watching Korean dramas I always wondered about kimchi and now my walmart sells it and I love it. I can't get enough of it's taste it is so good. I'm glad that kimchi is making a world journey, because I will never get the chance to go to Korea and it would have been so sad for me to miss out on a great food. I eat it whenever I serve fish and it just goes so well with fish and rice.
there are lots of different kimchi. i recommend going to a korean restaurant and try their kimchi also there. it will taste different than those from walmart or any korean convenience store, that imported them.
