The man is a legend he should continue to perform until he feels he does not want to. All of you nay sayers and down talkers really are irrelevant to his true fans. I will say what he will not say FU%* YALL. He still sounds great to me no matter what.

when did he have surgery? I was just at his show in July and he's performing again in Dec tower theater in philly . he's not sick the man is in his seventies.

Sorry you don't understand the bond between musicians and fans. Fans are usually loyal to their favorite artists, especially if they hit a low point in their careers or life. If they can't sing we'll sing it for them!!! The good out weighs the bad.

Loyal fans who know real music would come to see Frankie Beverly if he was rolled out on stage in a wheelchair with IV's in his arm. We love Frankie Beverly and the music he produced and still loves to perform. He is age 73 and is not going to sound the way he did when he was in his thirties, forties and even sixties but he still sounds amazing and he has surrounded himself with some talented musicians that play real instruments No one forces the audience to buy tickets to his performances. Tickets are bought because people love Maze and they appreciate his music, his gift, his performance and his love for people!!
