May I suggest some simple elevator and belt conveyors from the grinder to the processing tanks. Might be more efficient and safer for the hard working people. Less bag loading and unloading.
Guessing you're a liberal and probably grew up with a golden spoon up your bunghole. I am betting you have never worked a hard day in your life. Bty, worjers, is spelled correctly as workers. Keep drinking the kool aid, that will definitely kill you.
@@bigskills2475 Yes indeed!! That's good! ... And it's not what they're doing that I'm speaking to. It's the fact that plastic is so bad for people and animals. There's so much plastic in the world, that when it does begin to break down, it turns into micro plastics. And micro plastic has now been found in fish, and even in Antarctica. People are now consuming this micro plastic, with unknown results as of yet on human health. Cancer is one of the concerns for humans digesting micro plastics.
Seeing you are so concerned about worker safety, can you please contact the owner of this recycling plant to issue the workers with PPE? Don't be a smarty pants on You Tube. If you don't have the means to change anything, SHUT UP!
Wouldn't it be cheaper to smush all the plastic together into a 2x4x8 mold and pour in epoxy to make beams for cheap building, like dog houses, park benches, homes for the homeless? Like, cut it up just enough to reduce space, then just enough cheap epoxy. I do not see why this process is cheaper than making plastic pelletes from scratch, i.e. from chemicals. Seems like this process uses a lot of energy and cheap labor.
you are right it's a good business and also can be used for manufacturing other things .. i have also upload a video of things which are made from recycling of plastic scrap
A problem as old as mankind. We all know, tires are made from recycled flip-flops and flip-flops are made from recycled tires. But what came first - the tire or the flip-flop? Only Allah knows.
Trabalho digno de reciclagem porem tem que usar proteção adequada para esse tipo de serviço pois do jeito que eles trabalham pode acontecer algum acidente perigoso
Extremely fascinating video. Good job on recycling the plastic. I cringe every time I watch one of these videos looking at all the unsafe work environment. With all the open Belton spinning wheels and stuff just makes me jump
It's like a Disney ride for health and safety professionals. Unguarded flywheels and belts? Check Toxic off-gassing? Check Unknown chemicals in suspension with dubious disposal? Check The list goes on and on. I feel so sorry for these guys as they're hardworking.
A spout with fresh new plastic pellets coming out into a bucket, and the guy is bending over and scooping the pellets into a bag. Can anyone tell me what’s wrong with this?
It's also easier to mix the pellets to end up with the color profile that a manufacturer would want, or to end up with the right well blended mixture of recycled and virgin plastic. Plus uniform pellets work better for transporting them around a factory via conveyers, screw lifts and vacuum transport.
If there's a stupid dangerous way to do something you bet some dumb people in some rando s hole will find the absolute worse way to do it and make just enough off it to keep the cycle of death and destruction going.
@@bigskills2475 You are saying that every bit of plastic shown in the video was recycled? That was loaded by the men carrying the huge bags , at the beginning of the video. Facts say that Some plastic, by recycle numbers, can't be recycled with other plastics.
@@bigskills2475 I earn the equivalent of $100 in Europe in two days. And that's sitting in front of a computer in an air-conditioned office. The world is cruel.
