Amazing Sports Card Collection Found on the Side of the Road 

I have a pretty decent hockey collection of a lot of HOF. But I’m not much of a fan. Would love to work something out to get them to someone that cares👍🏽

1k profit? LMAO, try 5 to 7k profit raw. If this kid gets the cards graded who knows? he may be set for life on this deal alone.. For all intents and purposes this dude just hit the lottery, lol..

@@Swoop187OG187 craziest part is he didn't even show everything. And it looks like the original owner kept things in pretty good condition. It's definitely upward 10k+ if graded. Just hope he does his research extensively, with the way the market is now because people will undervalue/scam this collection dry without hesitation

@@MadchenLear I would say even raw this collection could fetch 10k+... I mean depending on the grades some of those cards could get over 10k individually.. If this kid gets PSA 8's or higher the sky is the limit... I mean if someone came to me with that collection and wanted 10k that wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities and I would probably pay it if there were a handful of high grade cards in that lot.... Either way I don't think the kid even knows what he has. Sure he may be familiar with some of the names but the way he's handling the cards and approaching this find it's clear to me that he has limited knowledge and experience with cards - let alone vintage.

You can go into the PSA website and pull the number. I haven't done it in some time. The Brian Piccolo rookie might be worth grading. Died young and was Gale Sayers best friend. The movie Brian's Song is based on their relationship and Brian's death.

@@rubenintheshop1273 yes sending cards out is really delayed honestly I’d recommend PSA if you don’t mind waiting or check our CGC there slabs are very nice also and turn around time could be faster , looking forward to see what comes out of those psa cards keep it up , I’m into the Pokémon cards and I’ve been waiting since before October for my 500 card psa submission I did ! I’m sure you sent some gems off !

You can subscribe to PSA and get significant discounts. I paid 60 Bucks for yesr subscription.

Yeah and I'm hearing guys say 8 months to a year turnaround time frame on getting your cards back and 40 to50 bucks per card just not worth these days until it comes back to the $8 dollar per card but that was sending in bulk amount of cards at one time !!!

You have some solid 70s rookie cards Munson Roger S OJ Winfield Fisk. The early 70s basketball cards of hall of fame players. I would get them definitely get them psa graded. The mantles and Willie mays in psa will bring big money. Man I've been collecting my whole life and could only wish to find such an amazing collection for 30 dollars. Raw id value this collection at a 1000.00. And graded possible 2 - 5 thousand.

I did. Sent out 3 bulk submissions. Still waiting to get back 2 of the subs. I think totaling something like 140 cards. Sent some of my childhood collection as well. All that was Basketball.

Got a question I don't know if you would know. I have some I guess you would say junk wax baseball it's 1992 donruss a whole box. But I been seeing people talking about the no period error cards and I have even seen some of these cards on EBay I guess trying to be sold. Some at a pretty high value. Well my entire box was no period behind the inc. error. If you know anything about this what do you think???

That's what I was saying man,that o.j is freaking mint,send it to pwcc on eBay,you'll get way more than if you were to sell it yourself,because people know that they get what they pay for,you're looking at $5k easy on that,and that's conservatively speaking too,I have a guy who does group submissions,and he's an official PSA dealer(you have to have at least $150k in grading submissions to be listed as an official dealer),they get preference over non-dealer submissions when they submit cards,he actually flies down to Dallas with his submissions instead of sending through the mail,and we all know the chances we take when sending through the mail, especially now,I've heard some horror stories of them being ruined or lost,cards like yours would make me want to have them dropped off instead of sending through the mailif you're interested,you can send me a friend request on Facebook&I'll add you to his group,my name is Luke Asher,s end me a request

@@rubenintheshop1273 of course...not a high dollar raw card but definitely worth getting graded. Highly overlooked hall of fame player. Also...just thought I should mention something. There should be no rush to get these graded....I know everyone is in the comments is excited for you...but grading is expensive. Take the time to learn about the grading process and maybe research each card to find the implied value. Hopefully I'm not getting too preachy...but these vintage cards are getting harder and harder to find in good shape...so it's worth taking your time. The good thing about vintage cards is that they aren't subject to the modern attention span. Anyway...good luck.
