This guy is a power hitter. Knocks it outta the park! Definitely a cut above all the rest. This is a special place, for celebrating special occasions. It must be expensive to have this caliber of chef and a beautiful assistant give you all of their attention, but I’m quite sure it is worth every penny.

Amazing work. All thing is extremely clean, I think this is Japanese professionalism. Actually they like having raw fish very much, but this is also an art, there a lot of cut arts and forms for the fishes. I don't know, maybe I would try it, but I like better when a fish roasted, grilled and so on.

I a from Peru. This is the first time I watch a Sushi master do his job. Pure art. So skillful. Haven't ever been in Japan yet but the food seems to be so tasty. Congratulations. Hope one day come around your restaurant.

🌴 I’ve watched a lot of Japanese sushi chefs on you tube ,some claiming to be the best high end restaurants in Japan , when I first started watching I thought yea he’s just a young hot shot trying to claim a spot in the sushi restaurants of Japan, as the video progresses I realized he’s serious about what he’s doing and I realized I misjudged him, he really is a bad azz chef with so much talent and a great place his lovely assistant was taking care of the house while he preformed his talents, the ambiance is the first thing noticed, how things are orchestrated like the people being able to chose a sake glass , presentation of the plates, there is a lot going on as one must remember that we eat with our eyes first, smells as the fish is being seared from rice straw in front of you , and taste as it is presented, as this is probably a high end restaurant but remember your getting what you pay for, this a dining experience, and people will talk about the exquisite food they were served by one of the best in Japan . This video got a like and subscribe, I’d give you two thumbs up but they won’t let me ☺️
