В начале ролика показана летняя кухня в маленьком домике , и этот домик возможно предназначен и для зимнего приготовления пищи, и для зимнего проживания - в случае необходимости. Вторая летняя кухня представляет собой печь под навесом , которую мы смогли увидеть в этом же ролике . Основная кухня находится в большом доме предназначенном для круглогодичного проживания. В основной кухне пищу готовят только поздней осенью, зимой и ранней весной . Зимой печь в основной кухне служит дополнительным источником тепла . В летней кухне пищу могут готовить и в зимнее время когда нет мороза, или когда у хозяина и хозяйки кровь в жилах кипит . Благодаря наличию летней кухни в жилом доме летом всегда прохладно.
@@vladimirvladimirovich8081 я это всё знаю. Но сдесь готовка на улице. Да ещё и снег лежит. Жалко руки женщины. Мои родители жили в деревни. Я знаю о чём пишу. Каждый день будешь готовить на костре, прокоптишься вместе с одеждой. Иногда можно для разнообразия, но не более.
This area of Ukraine reminds me of the Appalachian Mountains where I live. Such a beautiful spot in the world. Their culture is very wholesome. We all think we work 'hard'. But there is something so satisfying about working hard physically to prepare nutritious delicious meals instead of hustling to work in traffic and stopping by for fast food on the way home. I would love to know how they make money - because that is still necessary in this crazy world. I pray they will all continue to be safe.
Very often thy work in the the area - it can be a teacher who teach during usual days - have they own house and grow her own food. They sell pigs they grow. Make folk art and folk close. they sell excessive vegetables and milk and milk products - tvorog and smetana ( cottage cheese and creame)... I am from Ukraine - those farmers came to big towns - where i lived - and sell all those natural food - it goes away fast...It s much more those individual farmers in Ukraine per capita than in America.
The area where she cooked reminded me so much of the farm I was raised on, the hills in east central Ohio. Also Amish live nearby. But most people have jobs away from home. Some good some not good pay. Many have gardens and there are "farmers markets" everywhere in the summer.
Such hard working women, giving it their all in that rugged climate. They know the true meaning of hard work!! Their meals look so wholesome and good - oh, those steamed cherry dumplings!!.Yum! God bless and continue to watch over each of you - from the USA.
I really enjoyed this video and I was sorry when it ended. I found it very interesting and I’m happy to see the people of Ukraine cooking with what they grow on their land and the livestock they rear. These are hard working decent and humble people who are to be admired. I especially loved seeing the loving married couples cooking together and supporting each other, this warmed my heart so much. The Ukrainian people do NOT deserve the atrocities that are happening to them in their own country. Everything being destroyed and many countless lives lost, for what? Please God I beg you to plead the blood of Jesus over the land of Ukraine and everything on it including it’s people 🙏❤️
I pray everything is ok with these sweet families. 😢 It’s a tough world these days and they all do their best to carry on and cook such nourishing meals for their families and have cozy homes for them, too.
Maria is amazing woman and reminds me of my childhood in the Carpathian mountains of Southern Romania. She is hardworking like a bee and everything she makes is so good and natural. I wish I was there even for a minute!

I just love their homes and their pottery. The one woman cooking inside showed how cozy their homes are. Her cupboards were beautifully carved. I noticed though how much fat is in their foods yet they are all so healthy looking. It’s all that hard work that keeps them strong. Beautiful country and ppl. To live surrounded by beautiful nature and farm animals is a life I’d love ! God bless them all!🙏💕🙏

Beautiful video. Being from south in USA I love the use of fat back for cooking but am amazed at the amounts used! The meals are so labor intensive but the pride shows with each dish prepared. A real joy to watch.

Beautiful photography. I appreciate how most of the women spent time getting dressed up in their traditional Ukranian clothes while preparing their native dishes. They seem very much wedded to the landscape and will likely be very prepared to survive the winter ahead.
Awesome video. It reminds me of how I grew up in a small farming community. My mom cooked on a wood burning stove and our food came from our gardens and the animals that we raised or hunted. No fast food joints back in those days.

Τυχερός είσαι όταν μπορείς και βγάζεις φως αφού το έχεις. Είναι μοναδικό το πόσο χρήσιμο μήνυμα περνιεται μέσα από αυτούς τους ανθρώπους που έχουν γίνει οι σεφ της καρδιάς μας.
