wish some of these cheap strat copies would make Hard tail versions, i guarantee they would play better with better sustain and stay in tune better and the kicker they would even be cheaper to produce. just a bridge and saddles, no trem bar, no springs, no back plate, no claw, no trem block. less routing.. win win for everyone.

I bought the black one, and it sounds great. Not a fan of the tuners, but they work. I put clear tone / volume knobs on it, and it looks great. played great out of the box. I do not like the small baby, beginner frets.

I bought one in mint condition at a pawn shop for $70 it's an amazing guitar super versatile beautiful clean sound and shredding tone for days and it plays great I'm very happy with mine

I love the Charvel neck as well. One thing I'd like to say: You have great vibrato techniques. I got the Ashthorpe single humbucker "Kramer" body copy from Amazon for $109. They lowered the price to around $85 now. Neck isn't the best. Frets want to bite you. But nothing that can't be fixed. But the Ashthorpe had less sharp frets than the $600 Epi LP standard I got.

I literally picked the same model up at guitar center on Friday….. $64.99… the employees wanted to buy it… great guitar… I still can’t believe I picked it up for under $70.00!!!

Hey Richard! Hope your well man, i wish theyd sell these here in the UK, id love to try one. Im not sure if you'd be able to get one there but BAX music have an in house brand called Fazley, similar to Thomman and Harley Benton. Ive had tbree fazleys and i cant help but wonder if those Fesleys are our Fazleys? Conspiracy lol, but id strongly recommend having a look at Fazley, the sunset and outlaw series have some pretty ridiculously spec'd stuff, roasted maple necks and Wilkinson trems/bridges, locking tuners and TUSQ nuts for 113 and 130 pounds. In dollars i think that's 150 - 160 dollars ( i think) plus shipping from....... The Netherlands i think BAX are based. Just a small nod for you and any other American fellows reading this. This guitar seems crazy good for the price, what amp (or digital amp) did you happen to be running it through?

This is gonna sell a lot of Fesleys haha. I haven't been able to get a good idea of what the pickups sound like but your video makes them sound well above par for the price. Would you say it sounds and plays as well as mid-range kinda $500ish Ibanez/LTD guitars? I find that usually, these sub $250 lesser-known guitars kinda sound shrill and tinny. It looks great though!

Quick question. Are you using 9s? I've been going with 10s since I started in end of 2018. I've gotten used to them and like them but, I wonder if 9s would be a bit worth putting on one of my strats for a while and set it up right to see how It fares. Again. Killer work here man. Cheers.

I just received mine today and I had to return it. Tremolo was a screw in and didn't fit and frets were very sharp

They need to improve their logo and add some stain to that fretboard, would easily pay another $10, still dirt cheap.

Would you recommend the Fesley or the Donner DST-400 out of the 2 choices as a better choice straight out of the box?

I would probably buy one if they had a tiger or zebra stripe

I found your video because I saw the light pink version of this guitar on Amazon, and thought... If this thing plays even reasonably well, I need it. The only downside is it's $50 more than the one that you got. Just for the paint color.

Richard, bought the same model upon your recommendation. Put locking tuners today (was pain, had to file the tuner holes from vintage 9mm to 10mm). I still can't get that pleasing felling though, I think it is the strings ... Did you change the strings?

Also, on the guitar I bought the pop in bar popped in but did not stay put like yours.

This and the IYV is-400 are the same price. Between the two, which would you recommend more?

that Dokken sounding Intro..... But the thing is, if you unplugged that guitar, and plugged in your Charvel, then unplugged that, and plugged in my cheap-o fakestrat, It will all sound virtually the same, because what we are really hearing is your amp and effects. Now, other things like how it stays in tune, or if the pickups can pick up the full volume, the intonation, things like that make a guitar better, but just soundwise, it's mostly in the amp/effects. My opinion.

Richard.. you sold it out !! 😂 Not available on Amazon for the moment.. but I be on the look out to get one of these in Black. I think to get rid of the humbucker and go with SSS and mount a nice Pearl/ White Pickguard on it. Tuners defibitively gotta go too. I'll put a nice set of locking tuners .I think they did a cheap job with fesley logo. Gotta go... I will paint the headstock in Black matt and apply a PRS ..and get a PRS Truss Rod cover $100 extra in modification should do it I think

Why do some of the guitars have more sun and some have more black. The pictures on Amazon look to have more black than sun, like your's here
