Amazon CloudFront CDN Using Origin Push With W3 Total Cache

If you are setting up a CDN for your WordPress Blog using CloudFront and W3 Total Cache, and elect to use an Origin Push distribution, this tutorial will walk you through the required steps.
Be sure to view my previous video on setting up an Amazon CloudFront distribution for your WordPress Blog, using W3 Total Cache and Origin Pull (hint: it's easier). There are a few steps I cover in that video, such as setting up users and creating a distribution, that I don't go into detail on in this video. You can always view my blog post as well:

you did not create a cloudfront distribution with any settings in the previous video, the plugin did it automatically for you. However here you already have the coudfront distribution. quite hard to follow this tutorial

is there a way to distribute around the world and not just the US region?

Pretty sure the default is that your data in distributed across all AWS regions.

One query... sounds funny but need your experience explanation ... I used W3 TC for Pull with help of separate S3 user and bucket and then I used another plugin amazon-s3-and-cloudfront lite and utilize its Push features and develop another S3 Bucket with different user account...My site is wp multisite installation and is working perfectly fine....now question is this double installation will make any sense on single website, will it make loading time more faster... above all it is consuming double storage resources on Amazon cloud... This is my first experience with Amazon Cloudfront... I searched everywhere but I don't found good explanation...

Your this process is not wokring properly I did same and it say access denied. Can you make another video with do everything step by step because you skipped many steps here. If I follow past steps and adjust these new steps it says access denied.
