​​@@jogmas12I'll be very honest with you it depends who's your manager and if they understand that your not able to be as fast as younger workers . I usually see older people around your age work but, they don't last more then a couple weeks . But there are some older people that do last doing flex meaning you pick a shift you wanna work or part time which is a set schedule... as for fulltime not saying they don't work fulltime but they don't last as each task switchs you could be a stowing or pick to buffer or if you work in a newer site like robotic sites you would work in inbound stow which can be very confusing for older folks as they expect them to understand everything and also through videos. They do teach how to the job just depends who's training you . But if your 65 I personally say work part time or flex and protect your back as you will be doing the same moving motions.

⁠​⁠@@cosmicrust9715 not all buildings has robot..I work in a fulfillment center building an my building drive around on a forklift.. a manually have to lift heavy items a stowed them into a cage right behind you attached to your stand up forklift.. seem pretty easy until u literally lifting treadmill and weight consistently.. I feel really bad for the my coworkers who actually picking the item there a rate u gotta meet with there standards and this thing that used to be called time of tasks now it called idle time it the same shit different name… u have 8 min from scan to scan or less I believe.. my buddy got a written up for his idle time I believe it was 18 min he had to park his op pretty far an walk to the restroom to do a number 2 then walk back to get your scan in the time requirement I some time get labors share to the pick department an tbh I feel like we’re being rush every-time to hit there quote.. that is unsafe we brought it up but yet they say it possible to do so… it like that want us to be like robots an just move move move people come an go from that department it insane..
