Striped dress with belt looks good!

I really think that styling that belt with the striped dress gave it a much better look than the way they advertised it. I think that was a great idea and I’m going to remember it for myself.

You might want to order that apricot set again. I’ve done this to see if it comes sized a bit smaller. For some reason it works. I’ve even bought multiples of one item in the same size and they all end up being a little different in the fit. 😊

Think the stripe dress needs a thicker belt for more definition and contrast.

I think the striped dress is just too big and unfortunately, to my eyes, the belt doesn’t help because blousing it like that just adds bulk at the waist. If you really love it, I’d take it to a tailor to see what they can do with it. Otherwise I’d return it.

Lori, you know I love the look of the stripe dress and have seen that cut of dress look awesome on 5’10” gals. But as a petite girl, those style of dresses look shapeless on me, even with a belt. Recently I bought a camisole dress with a billowy bottom and although it looked adorable on a tall model, it made me look like Little Bo Peep. 😂 For me, I won’t wear something unless I look and feel good in it in public. But for lounging around the house, it can look a little big or baggy because no one is seeing me in it but me. If I had that stripe dress, I would wear it for lounging around a beach condo or as a comfy nightly. Thanks for the video and more outfit ideas. 😊

Love the skort and V-neck sweater. Looks great on you. Think the dress is too big. Had the same issue with those Sam Edelman slide sandals. Also, found it difficult to walk in them. Didn't keep mine either. Sad, because I think they're so cute.

For the no show socks, if you have a small foot (I’m a 5-6), the Sheec brand comes in variable sizes. I find their small socks don’t bunch or have too much fabric. They stay on my foot, too.

I have the stripe dress. I originally bought it in a large and it was too big. Ordered in a medium and almost wish I had ordered in a small. So it’s very oversized. But it’s so cute and comfy! You should return for a smaller size.

We are the same exact size lol even shoe size. I loved everything but not the striped dress. Even with the belt it looks like too much material on you .
