Ditto that! If retailers continue to lock up their products, so that shoppers (women especially like to touch the merchandise) can't access them, be prepared to lose money! I will walk out of any store that does that. Not gonna search for an associate to unlock, not gonna do it!

I have had bad luck buying skincare / beauty products from Amazon. Because a lot of the products being shipped by Amazon (as opposed to the 3rd party seller) are stored in their warehouses, they get organized by product, not by seller. Meaning, for example, a real COSRX serum could be mixed with a counterfeited one, because they are all stored in the same bin for that one product. Yes, there are companies manufacturing skincare fakes, they can replicate the packaging quite well but sometimes the color, texture, or smell of the product will be off and that's how you can tell you got duped.

I use Clean and Clear. It’s 2% salicylic acid also and costs less than $8. I used to get it at grocery store but they quit carrying it so I order from Amazon now. Clean and Clear is the name of the entire line.

Love your channel! I liked the Drmtlgy tinted spf but I don’t agree that the tint is “universal”. At first application it’s just a bit too dark for my very fair complexion but it also oxidizes a bit darker as it sets down. I’m actually using it up on my legs to give them a slight tint which I like almost as leg makeup for when I’m wearing shorts or skorts. I wish they’d make a fair and maybe a darker version as well because I can’t see the one shade as working for very dark tones. I noticed that their untinted moisturizer/spf is not the same formula as the tinted, therefore I have not tried that one. Plus, I have a Japanese Skin Aqua lotion spf I’m very happy with which is much less expensive.

@@tayloro.9619 Of course!! I’m not into snail mucin! It does have many benefits, but it can irritate some people’s skin… so there are even “vegan” kinds! Lol! It kinda just grosses me out! But I love many Cosrx products! I HIGHLY recommend the COSRX 6X Peptide Collagen Booster Toner Serum! I’ve been using it for 10 months. I LOVE it as a (last) toner before serums. Got another bottle! I also LOVE Cosrx’s Propolis & PureFit CICA toner. The best! Been thru like four bottles. Both are SO soothing, hydrating. I use them regularly, especially if my skin feels inflamed/irritated! I always feel better after… so great for the skin barrier. They’re on sale too!!

Some folks wait in-between applications, like maybe 15 minutes to make sure one product has been absorbed. Or some use vit c in the morning and copper peptides at night. Or some use vit c derivatives which don't interfere with copper peptides or some use products from the same brand. Cosrx has said its peptide serum works along with its vit c serums.

I have to be careful when applying other products along with Adapalene, because I have made the error of it migrating too close to my eyes. It didn't even get it in my eyes, but after this my eyelids & under eyes were all swollen, became sore and the skin was all red & irritated! My eye balls were sore red & streaming too 😭 I rinsed my face and flushed my eyes out with cold water. I had to take antihistamine tablets and only applied La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ on the skin until the irritation subsided. That's why I now apply Adapalene as the FINAL step, very carefully & sparingly (a pea size amount) to avoid rubbing it anywhere it's not supposed to be! I sleep on my back (as much as possible) to avoid this happening too. I hope that I'm not putting you off using Adapalene, but this is a PSA for everyone to be careful using any products when they're tired, emotional, in a hurry, over enthusiastic, or haven't used a product before/for a while. Thankfully I'm having a great skin day as I'm getting ready for work; eye makeup & lipstick.. but no need for any foundation on my skin...just sunscreen of course! 👱🏻‍♀️♥️

Doc said to use the COSRX Peptide then the COSRX Snail Mucin. Toner is first, if you use. I use a glycolic toner in the day a couple X's a week tho not on the days I use a retinoid at night.

They claim to not test, but that's a bs blanket claim. When in doubt, Cruelty-Free Kitty and other sites have confirmations of whether a brand does animal testing and also info on "umbrella companies " which own them. I.E. The Ordinary is now owned by corporation which allows animal testing.

Thanks for the review… i enjoy all your knowledge since 4 years, i never right comments… but…i never bought anything on Amazon because of amazon’s bad reputation regarding the way the employees are mistreated….on prime day, the pressure is so hard on the employees they re is a 68% increase of work accidents. try to by the products localy… sorry for my inglish, im french speaking from Québec. Always surprised how we never see recycling, composting and more local oriented shopping in united-states…. Wallmart, amazon… ouch!

And this is why you shouldn’t believe anything posted on social media. Skin has an excretory feature but that is minimal. There are many purposes for skin. Also there are 2 layers of skin and many components in the skin. Barrier repair, moisturization, exfoliation and collagen production are important and we lose it as we get older. While it can’t absorb tons and tons of products it is important to help these processes along. But you really only need light layers of these products to achieve results. No sunscreen is not the only product you need but it’s very helpful in the aging process if used correctly.
