I feel the same way I just don't trust or have faith in buying guitars on line unless I inspect them myself. As far as the Jack being loose . we have no idea why it's loose like that; it could be broken, or the wooden block inside the guitar that holds the jack in place gotten damaged ,or gotten loose, so in that case it's a big job to glue back in place & clap down. but this is just speculation on my part, so I don't know what is wrong. We might have to put our hand inside the guitar ,& feel our way around it ,& take a mirror to it... in my opinion I don't think it's just a loose Jack there could be more to this.. so who knows what else is wrong, & the tuner being loose ,or broken is a clear indication of the overall health of the guitar..
