I get hate from some people because they say I'm an ambassador when I'm not an ambassador and I have never ever been an ambassador. Those few just roll with it and "assume." 🤷🏻♀️ It may have been because before the ambassador program came out, I was asked to be part of a photo hunt and received around 600 star coins to buy a new magic shire horse. That was years ago though, and that was the only time I received free star coins. I think some people just assume that if you have a significant platform, you're automatically an ambassador or something? Not really sure. edit: also had to add that I was rolling at the scenes you made, you guys are hilarious 💕
I've seen a few people get called 'Ambassadors' when they don't even carry the badge. I tried to keep them well away from this series, being a support and being an Ambassador are two very distinct things! i can easily see why people see you as an ambassador. your videos seem the same as a lot of ambassadors, the same concept and content of being committed to star stable no matter what. i remember watching one of your videos where you stated that if SSO, for some reason, banned your account and you lost all of your money and horses and SSO name and everything ... you would still just make a new account and keep playing. you stand for a company that sucks money from people, doesn't keep promises, and continues to disappoint a community. of course, assumptions can be wrong, but i can see *why* people assume. all of your videos are based on them, you're committed to the game, and you never really speak about the problems within the game. it's disappointing.

I never understood how adults (or people mature enough) would want spread toxic positivity for nothing valuable in return. As for the youngest... I always found a bit creepy that 13 yo kids are allowed on social medias. That whole ambassador things sounds just like modern slavery or a huge scam, you basically work for free while they took the money.
Why would a 13 year old even want to become an ambassador anyways? And as an adult, why would you want to represent a large company without some form of payment? Serious questions.
we, as species, want to be noticed and appreciated by others higher in hierarchy. in sso community you climb up the ladder once you become the ambassador. long story short, some people have self esteem issues lol
As someone who used to be in the animal jam community when jambassadors were a huge thing. Kids, teens and some older players aspired to be jambassadors, primarily the younger kids and teens because they look up to and aspire to be one. Popular, make content, get noticed, etc.

YES! As I agree not all ambassadors are the problem, there are some who I’ve encountered who are genuine people. But there is a good amount who contribute to this problem. I have encountered an ambassador who I had to block on social media due to stealing my content ideas and then continue to not give me credit or proper credit after. Yet, Star Stable loves to constantly recognize them. Thank you for making this and great video!

YESSSS!! TOXIC POSITIVITY! I got absolutely SHIT on a few months ago by ambassadors for being honest about the game. Some specific ambassadors literally bullied and banned me from certain servers on Discord because I was honest about this game! Its not fair! Not everything is perfect and awesome! Sometimes you need to be honest and share how you really feel. I'm so sick of these entitled people acting like they can dictate what we say and do online??!! If we have opinions that they disagree with maybe they should just stay out of our way and go make another positivity train or something idk.. smh.
i remember howrse had the same thing going on, the moderators were so toxic and incredibly rude towards players that asked normal, valid questions. seems like horse games are just a place where toxic adults gather to be rude haha

The intro was... amazing. so well made. sadly SSO has always been like this it is sad you would think that giving players what they ask for would only benefit the game but that ambassador's get almost nothing for all their work is just... awful. i can assure you rosemary wolfworth's enthusiasm and love for sso is very genuine even years before gaining the ambassador title. i cant speak for other ambassadors, but being close friends with rose for many years, she does genuinely care for improving the game and listening to critisism. i know in the beginning it says not every ambassador is part of the problem, but seeing her being used as an example i wanted to clear some things up

Really informative stuff, the SSO dressage incidence still has me fuming and from my experiences too, the ambassador program is extremely toxic in some ways and the way they choose people in is questionable to say the least. But then, out of nowhere my club's video was actually shown for a second, when I say I screamed, I swear I did. I really hate the ambassador program, and I hate that they get a special outfit that's blue and literally so nice. I wish they'd just put a non ambassador version of it in the game for players who just want a nice blue english tackset. Like those knee socks plss. It's a real shame.
This video really explains everything from a single topic. It’s great to go in-depth into a topic you want to persuade people into believing. But it’s not just believing, it’s believing in the TRUTH. I watched the whole thing from 6 am in the morning to 7:25 in the morning! It’s interesting to have humor and seriousness all packed into one bunch. I’m practically disappointed in the way sso has treated the ambassadors, and how some ambassadors are abusing their power. They literally use their position in the game to tell people what to do, etc. sso has not stopped any other things they have done wrong. Like other games, they aren’t as wonky in management like star stable. I have been seriously offline for a long time on sso as I have found nothing to do in the game, as like sso does, keep you entertained at the start, with various quests and things to do, until you reach the end, lvl 23, 21, 20, 19. Like adding any ambassadors to promote their new updates and horses is going to make that any better. Sso really needs to try harder if they want to shut down all the constructive criticism to come from peoples mouths, and stop blocking your ears , sso- I cant believe a ambassador would say the word “ butthurt “.Keep going, Rattle, I’m rooting for you! :)

I honestly used to hold a lot of respect for SSO and the ambassadors. But now that I look I at it, SSO has never looked in a mirror. In my. opinion I can see the end of the game, coming in the next few years. Not to mention their 10th birthday was... rather boring. In fact in the server I am currently in, most of the either forgotten the birthday horse ( I don't remember its proper name) Or sold it. SSO will most likely drown in the ocean they have created. Even 10 year olds are willing to give up having a life for SSO, by. becoming an ambassador. I know that game master Ylva was amazing but around last year she left the company ( some people think it is because the employees were bing treated badly and didn't get paid enough )
Again, brilliant video! Really love how you make them, they really are entertaiment! But geez what a story again, ambassadors minimum age 13 years old? Yeah they sure know who to pick, young naïve mostly goodwilled people who like games and would love the spotlight, ofcourse they are sensitive for it. Again like with ETG people's goodwill are abused and exploited, minors whom are more vulnerable, I'm not as familiar with the gaming industry as you guys and I'm negatively surprised about how often sweet goodwill is used and this was only part 1. Lots to be improved in the gaming industry I see.
UGH I never liked the sound of the ambassador program when I first discovered it a year or so ago since it felt like blatant exploitation. I've never met or even heard of any of thees Ambassadors so I was so surprised to find out that they actual existed since they have such little wight in the community or maybe they play a bigger role and I just miss it since I am a hermit as well. What worries me the most about this program is sso allows children to be a part of it I don't care if it requires parental permission or not how verifiable is that parental permission process can a child easily impersonate a parent? Not to mention again exploitation it sounds like the ambassadors do not receive a very consistent pay and nor is it any form of actual monetary value its just star coins. I could understand giving big time youtbers getting star coins as the occasional gift thank you for giving our game such free advertisement. But in this case for an Ambassador its there "job" to promote the game make cute IG posts or drawings about new stuff for the game. so they make adds for star stable. So this SHOULD make them part of an advertising or marketing team for star stable people who work in those jobs get PAID in the form of money not star coins what do Ambassadors only get star coins and again it doesn't sound like its alot you can't buy a horse with that amount. And sure you could argue well they signed up for it yeah but look at the age group of sso children to teens yes there are some adults but most adults will look at this program and see it for what it is. Most people who sign onto this don't understand the full extent since there young. And there brains are not fully grown yet. So they will struggle to see the extent of there actions this why teens and kids do dumb stuff its not that there actually dumb its that there brains struggle to comprehend the entirety of there actions. This also makes them 100% vulnerable to Ambassador programs like this I feel like this entire program was made to target them it feels very illegal to me. Sorry for such a long comment but I had many many feelings about this lol

As much as I love the humour, I am worried about the lack of evidence. There was a lot of they-said/they-said, a lot of heavy-emotion opinions, and little to no backing IMO. It's kind of shocking to see since Rattle has become the "Dirty-Dev Exposer" kind of content that is normally well structured, seeing all sides, with proof out every direction. We all know SSO is crooked in every way and I have no qualms with accepting this information as I don't pay into SSO anyway and my opinion doesn't matter, I'm just concerned with Rattle losing their standards. Anything can look wrong if you phrase it so. That's why I loved the all-rounder position plus all the proof and backing of players, because there was no way to weasle out and it narrowed down that it was the only way to see it - to be sure no one was unfairly accusing. Please stay true, Rattle, I love your content and humour.
HeyI I agree 100% Due to the amount of people who were terrified of being revealed, we had to be VERY careful how to structure this video. Next video will have more of the 'proof in the pudding' so to speak. I do understand your concern, and I wholly support it! But it is so difficult to share these stories, simply due to outright fear of what Ambassadors can do to these people. But, next vid will have more ♥

I was gonna post on part 2, but seems to be gone, so im just gonna wrote here theres alot of assumptions in both these vids, liek it feels one sided - theres some really good ponints about how power can do to their head and that but there is alot wrong with both these vids, rattle ur vids have always been so well researched and that, these come across like smwear campiagns, no ones said dont attack these ppl, youve saod that in past vids "dont attack these ppl mentionsed" at no point is it in either of these vids, and alot of them are kids man, it doesnt feel thought through, i found a lot hard to follow and just didnt make sense so i literally went on insta and looked i saw the giftbox posts on insta and yt they went to sso staff, creators - most seemed to be the sso con ones', ambbie, then all the players who won giveaways hosted by sso and ambbies and then a bunch of random influencers outside teh sso community, who just seemed to be the sso demographic, but had nothing to do with horses like at all, this vid paints them as only made for those ambassadors, they were clearly marketing merch to celebrate the sso 10th anniversary thing, thats why they were made, anyone having a look through the anniversary posts could have figured out that much on insta also while i do not agree with what puff has done, seeing how comfortable some of yall are with sharing revenge porn or possibly cp... Because ive no idea how old they are and yall have mentioned many times how many of these ppl are too young and bad infleunces, thats how this looks! ? Like dude thats illegal, could have critised them without thatt and then theres putting someones real name in this as well is a pure dox on that other ambie the otehr thing i cant get my head around in these vids is "ambbies shouldnt be kids" but then yall use the youngest one as the prime example and not blur their name, yall could of cristised the ages without actually showing them in teh vid, liek can you imagine the hate this kid has probs got since yall posted these? ! At the end of the day we can only go with what we have, and although, yes there are other sides to the story, diminishing the experiences of these people is also not the right way to go about it. We're trying to find a balance in between the muck, and we're doing the best we can. I'm not going to go into everything you said as some of your points are incorrect as well. Ruh roh not the ambassador tea. I've had a bad experience w Puff myself back when she was in Iron Hooves. I don't remember much ab her other than she was a drunk (no offense, it was just her thing at the time) so when I saw she got ambassador and April Purple night (the maker of the club) didn't I was a little shocked
Had past problems with Puff myself too, but either way - it feels like the way they add/remove ambassadors is really biased. I am sure that there are people who have been chosen purely for their positivity and influence, but the SSO team doesn't seem to remove people for controversies (like ones shown in the video) and adds (or refrains from adding - specific people not being added even when 100% qualified if they have problems with the existing ambassadors) people through the ambassador's relationships (like, one ambassador got chosen for being a positive influence and hosting a community event and later their friend also got chosen for the position (with not that active instagram & youtube) despite there being tons of other more active youtubers they could have chosen). The whole thing is strange and they don't even have ambassadors from all the most active regions (like Germany) - feels a bit suspicious 😅
i found heaven. your videos are both funny but sending a serious message to the players and the game developers. i really appreciate the fact you are being honest but with respect and humour to get something out of this game. i think i can thank you in all of the players name who wants to save the game just like you. you spoke up in a way nothing else can really explain what is wrong with this game. again, thank you a lot, rattle! you help the sso community a lot on helping to improve the game and keep pushing the team until they do something. and i hope one day, this game will get back to the best horse game, because currently its falling down on that list.
I don't think we HAVE an ambassador in my server or in my country's servers at all, I offered because I've been playing for YEARS, grew up with the game as a child and am now an adult with decent knowledge on videogame development and admin experience but ALAS, applications are not open and they mentioned somewhere that they select through word of mouth of other Ambassadors so I guess we'll never get one.
"Reccomendations from other Ambassadors" SSO can't be damned to do their own research so they ask the current a Ambassadors to do a popularity contest. Biased as hell.

Completely unrelated, but i just recently logged on to buy the new shire, i typically will log on t9 buy new horses then log off, to find that my account had been completely wiped. Random horses that aren't mine, random items i never purchased, my original outfits gone, tack gone. All of my horses but two, gone. Contacted SSO and was told "that sucks, we're not responsible for our system being hackable, which horse did you want back lol." So that was lovely

Bruh can we talk about the chat filter in NA servers you can’t even say “Crap” “Darn” “Dang” or “Crush”. If they’re not allowing us to say words that are not cuss words that are used to censor or replace cuss words idk what to tell whoever decided that. If they don’t let us say “Crush” idk what to tell them either. It’s not illegal to have a crush on someone even as a kid. I’ve seen 4 year olds have crushes on eachother it’s actually quite sweet and funny. This is too much

Sso embassy also deleted my message mentioning something about depression, which is a real mental illness. Since then I never really wrote there or felt safe to do so. Ironic is, you can talk about any other mental illness, just can’t say depression or anything like that… Pretty useless if someone would actually want to form real friendships. I noticed no matter how much I tried, at the server it all felt platonic and just not grounded etc… Compared to my other discord server which feels like a family, where I can even mention about my social anxiety symptoms, or possible depressive episodes. Not that I’d be against all the ideas with a dc server and ambassadors, but idk. Always didn’t know what opinion I should make about it. I’m the opinion that we shouldn’t blame it all on the ambassadors and hold sso team accountable, but also do speak about it somehow.

This is all so sad. I haven't played the game actively in a year, only occassionaly to check out a new horse but I haven't played it like I used to in ages... genuinely the only time I see myself ever fully coming back to this game is if they completely changed devs and ownership and changed the way they do stuff. Playing other games has really shown me how unusual the way that SSO does things is. The whole way they do stuff is so odd. It's so badly managed. I've always really liked TotalCretin as well, she actually was who got me to first play SSO back in 2016 and I've always really appreciated her and her videos. As far as I've seen, even when she did get SC for a horse review she'd try to stress that the opinions she expressed were her own and she seems very genuine. I remember back when the review scandal occured and people were criticizing SSO hard for a while, I remember seeing people talk about how old players were eventually gonna get tired and I recall trying to combat that hard because I didn't want to stop playing even though I felt very bored. I tried to make my own activities in game, tried to participate in champs, because I still held on to hope that they'd finally wake up and manage the game properly. But it got to a point where nothing was entertaining anymore even if I tried to make up activities and stuff to do. I think that I've finally come to accept that SSO isn't going anywhere unless they change devs and ownership. I mean, weren't characters already supposed to be updated?
As said in part 2 on moon’s channel I got 20,000 star coins stolen I didn’t share my pass or anything other here’s the story I was getting into the Trailer and as soon as I payed for it I had a network error I checked my internet and it was fine I go back on the game and all my Jorvik shillings and star coins are gone I contacted sso support. And I got no answer

I do have a question, for sso movie creators how does the photo mode hide players/character help? I mean lol like did it even click in their heads that we aren't looking to take photos but to record and create works of art using film? Seems like they just want the community to find a new bug with photo mode and use it to film, hopefully they add a recording feature in photo mode for desktop players, although I highly doubt it.
Hi! Basically the horse and player hiding feature in the Creative settings allows you to act like a camera. What you see on your screen is what you'd see through a camera's lenses. So if someone is the camera, and uses an external screen recorder, they can record scenes without their character being there. This way more players can work together and keep creating SSO movies, actors can be placed in the scene, as you move with your invisible character you can follow the actors with your camera etc.
