My review of the Amber Heard Johnny Depp trial.
This just in, a gold diggers reaction caught on camera.
Amber Heard deleted a lot of things off her Instagram, but someone was able to snag this video before it was gone forever. In it, it shows Amber Heard and her sister partying to Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” immediately after her divorce settlement. The caption reads “Sorry not sorry” and it’s dated February 24, 2017. The sisters are seen partying in Johnny Depp’s car that she got in the divorce.
Just a reminder that she got the car, $7 million dollars without tax, along with all of her legal fees and debt paid for.
The jury was unfortunately not able to see this.
It is a huge juxtaposition from her claims that she suffers from PTSD and panic attacks every 5 seconds.
A reminder that this video was made shortly after #AmberHeard received #JohnnyDepp's car in a settlement, as she demanded. This was HIS car.
I wonder if this was in between her panic attacks she had ever 5 seconds.
Given everything we now know about them, it frightens me that they have children.
Let’s hope she’s 50 mil sorry.

As a survivor I can tell you that after seeing my ex in court I didn't dance in the car. I literally balled like a baby each and every time I had to face him. Nobody with PTSD acts like this. Especially this soon after leaving them.

To be fair, this was more than a month afer the divorce was finalized and almost a year after they actually split up. I'm all for depp winning this case because he was the victim, but its not rational to say that someone can't be the victim of abuse if they are having fun a year after they split up. It also doesn't mean someone doesn't have ptsd just because they have fun. Pretty much everyone agrees that amber was the abuser, but this video has nothing to do with the court case and only hurts real victims because of his statements. Real victims could be having fun after they leave and no one should act like they are liars because of it. There's plenty of evidence in this case to make legitimate videos about instead of doing something like this.

The fact that she sent him a long list of outrageous demands a week before she went public with her allegations basically threatening him to meet her demands or else she would go to the press, should be enough to prove that this was always about her maintaing a certain quality of life after the divorce. All the "evidence" she saved up wasn't about getting Johnny to change or realize the depth of his addiction, it was clearly her preparing to extort him in the event that he tried to leave her. She's conniving and calculated and I'm so glad the jury and the world sees her for the villain she truly is. Hopefully Johnny can begin to heal and reclaim his life.

Well put! Do you remember the testimony of the financial advisor that Johnny had the meeting with the night of Amber's 30th birthday party? He started listing all of Amber's demands and Rottenborn (what a name for opposing counsel, right?) about broke his neck jumping up to object. It's one of my favorite parts of the trial. I also read that Amber stole first edition books, art, and very expensive furniture from penthouse #3 (which she asked for on her list) when she moved out. Maybe she could auction some of that stuff to pay this settlement. Or maybe she can just be a decent person and give back what doesn't belong to her.

She planned to divorce him and take his money the whole time, in my opinion. They were having issues on the honeymoon. That was a pretty good sign that she didn't really care about him. Its not about believing Amber, a lawyer from the inside said that he thinks not one jury likes her, but the case isn't about who is the abuser (althought that is a big part of it), but whether Amber defamed Johnny, they can decide on three documents (op-ed digital, op-ed printed, and another I forgot). If the jury thinks no one defamed nobody, then no one wins, and naturally whoever they believe was defamed wins, that is why this is such a hard case to win as the plaintiff. We can only hope, it isn't about corruption, don't send death threats or anything to the jury, they are people like the rest of us, but with slightly less bias and information.

Characteristics of people with NPD include: Bragging about self-importance and exaggerating accomplishments An excessive need for flattery, praise, and external gratification Feelings of uniqueness (can only associate with/be understood by prominent people/institutions) Obsession about appearances and attaining power, success, and wealth Entitlement issues Placing unrealistic expectations onto others Manipulating, exploiting, and/or taking advantage of others Lacking empathy or disregarding other people’s needs or feelings Arrogance; being demeaning toward others Being envious of people and believing others are envious of them AH doesn't have all of these traits but has many of them. That's why Dr. Currie didn't diagnose her with NPD. All these labels are just doctors attempt at categorizing mental illness. If say a person has many of the traits of BPD, NPD, and HPD but not enough traits to be diagnosed with any one of them, then the only label we can put on a person like that is "evil female dog". Having a label of BPD and HPD does not excuse her. She is pure evil and will perpetrate her evil upon another unsuspecting victim when this all blows over in a few years. She needs to be put in jail!

Why? That's not their job. Their job is to make a judgement based on the evidence received during the 6 weeks of trial and the law (Jury instructions given by the judge). Anything outside of that should NOT affect their judgement at all, regardless of relevance. Saying that though, I feel confident that she got no chance of winning her counterclaim. But whether they both lose or Johnny wins, no one but the jury knows. Edit: Just to be clear. The role of the jury is not to find the liar, it's to find out if the evidence shown supports the law and the claims in the lawsuit.

Yeah, even if it somehow would seem in the courtroom that she didn't abuse Johnny, if I was on the jury, decided in her favor and then got out so see all this evidence... I would feel bad. Even if I knew I did my job right. But frankly what convinced ME was just watching Amber's opening statement. I went in thinking Johnny did it. And then the minute she was on the stand, seeing to IDENTICAL pictures and still claiming she turned on/off a light between them, then I knew she was a liar for sure. That was all shown to the jury and there was so much more.

She was really very young, not ready to be a mother, and she would have gotten the death penalty. And you never know, it might have been an accident and she tried to cover it up. The truth never really came out in this case. With AH and JD, it's so clear that AH is the abuser, there is so much evidence, JD is the victim, and he has a lot of evidence. She even said after her second cross-examination, when she got really angry and aggressive, Camille pushed her buttons, that she wrote the article because JD is a powerful man. She wanted to go in the direction of H. Weinstein - the me too movement. In reality she confessed that she did defamation!

from my understandig, the sue is about defamation by AH calling JD an abuser through that article - hence, if the jury counts bad words (which he did use) as an abuse, he cannot win because basically even words count as abuse and therefore it isn't defamation because he is an "abuser" it that sense. BUT, here's the thing: is it really an abuse every time someone uses bad words against a person who first uses far worse behavior and actions? in that case, from my perspective words cannot be considered as an abuse, it's just the minimum outburst one might have when it comes to not be as violent, in other manners hopefully this insight will reach the people who have to make the right decision

Her father was prosecuted for animal cruelty for breaking in horses in a cruel way and for running dog fighting rings. Yet she insisted of getting Johnny's little dog Boo as part of her divorce settlement and gave it to her father. I think he used it to bait the fighting dogs. She also got Johnny's beloved horse and gave this to her father as well. She didn't want the animals for herself but wanted to take them from Johnny just to spite him. The whole Heard family seems to be a cruel, heartless bunch of hustlers.

The jury is not supposed to view any media on the case or talk about it outside of the courtroom, so if it isn't brought into evidence they can't take it into consideration. For the why it wasn't brought in as evidence, apparently the video was only brought to public attention a few days ago, which would not have been enough time to have depp's lawers find out about it and go through the process of verifying it and bringing it in as new evidence before the trial end.

I would Love to see Johnny pledg^H^H^H^H^Hdonate 7 mil to the Children's Hospital of LA (ACLU really doesn't deserve any after their conspiracy with AH) and then the rest of the settlement split evenly between like... 10 different charities for _REAL_ victims of domestic violence and intimate partner abuse, men and women, all across the US.

After facing my husband in court I "won" but I lost. I couldn't stop crying and shaking walking to the garage to go home. I knew, the man I loved was someone capable of hurting me. I hurt for me, I hurt for our kids and I hurt for him. We were all incredibly broken. It's been a year and I have yet to experience the elation I see in this video. It will take time but you will slowly recover. Suddenly you will look back and realise that you have moved on. Try to get some therapy to understand what drew you to him and to prevent you falling into the same situation again. Be proud of who you are and what you have achieved. 🥰

Exactly. I didn't even leave the courtroom until my abuse ex left the premises. I waited for about 20 minutes and had the police escort me to my vehicle. I got my 5 year restraining order against him, it just tan out, and I am still terrified that he will just pop up one day soon. She played him, abused him, and was angry that she couldn't anymore. He was done. So she destroyed his career in true controlling narcissist fashion.

I think one of the biggest failures of our justice system is the exclusion of what is decided to be "prejudicial evidence." If any evidence, no matter how damning, is relevant to a case, it should be allowed.

Any person male or female who does what she has done needs to be held accountable for their own actions to the nth degree famous or not. I see it in news from time to time. People claiming they got sexually assaulted to get back at someone, and then a couple years later their best friend's comes out with the truth that it never happened because they probably had a falling out. Even if the truth got revealed at the end, the wrongfully accused is ruined forever and was already abandoned by their "friends". The only difference here is that Johnny has the money to pursue litigation, while any normal dude would just be screwed. People know how powerful accusing someone of abuse is and how little will be done against disproving it, that's why it happens more often that it should.
