Heard’s lawyers suddenly not understanding what Hearsay is kills me, then whining to the judge every time there’s an objection, then asking the same question that got an objection 3 times in a row

Funny that when she's being cross examined she has not once said "yes" to even the most simple question yet with her own lawyer she does lol

It is flabbergasting that some people can’t tell she’s lying…she goes from crying to straight faced like someone yelled cut on a film.

Her expressions changes a lot within a minute. She looks at the judge with the "please pity me" look, looks at JDs attys with a "wtf" look, looks at the jury with a "I'm so innocent" look. Who does she think she's foolin?

The way she's trying to get the jury to side with her and then gives the judge a pitiful look.

It’s mind blowing how she had a crying face but then when the objection occurred the first time she switched to a cold normal expression.

Imagine being her. Imagine sitting in that box, staring ahead at the crowd, knowing 12 people are judging you on the left, seeing your ex husband in the stand and just lie through your teeth. Imagine sitting there, pretending to cry whilst thousands of women who have experienced real abuse listen to your fake performance. Imagine how little soul you need to keep up this charade.

I grew up with a mother like this. I swear the only way anyone would've believed me was if she went to court like this. Sucks people don't care unless you're famous.

I was so shocked when I saw the beginning where she looked almost like she's close to breaking down and then seconds later she's expressionless as if nothing happened.

Being an alcoholic or alcohol or drug user does NOT mean that you are abusive to people! I’ve been sober for 23 years and have NEVER been abusive to anyone! Having a low self esteem also does not make you an abuser, generally it makes you the abused! I speak from experience.

What also blow's my mind is that she ruined his career by just spreading her lies, but when there actually video of her admitting to attacking him there r no consequences for her!

Depp's lawyer is impeccable with these objections. Hearsay is one of the toughest and most hated topics in law school, and you have about 1 second to object. And almost all her objections are correct. Very impressive.

It's chilling to see Amber testify, the way she looks at the jury and speaks with her facial expressions just as much as her words... but then the second there's an objection, she snaps out of acting mode while she waits for the judge to rule. Truly disturbing.

She must have something wrong going on in her mind, this is pathetic. She decides to lie so many times in front of everyone, without proof, and expects people to believe it. She also stops her crying instantly, like what? If she’s such a professional actor, at least try to make it look realistic. I can’t stand this women. The faster this ends, the better.

The fact that she's able to describe imaginary abusive behavior, means she knows what she was doing was in fact abuse.

She even tries to start an argument because he leaves and won't stay and fight with her, because she wants to get him on tape saying or doing something. As a woman who suffered from domestic violence and had to stand in a courtroom being grilled both by lawyers and judge, I am just outraged by this woman. Victims have such a hard time not being shamed, trying to be believed and not get beated to a pulp during trials like they have been during the abuse. Then, someone like her comes along and makes it a zillion times harder and worse for TRUE victims!!! I still remember the ordeal of being on the stand and the tears streaming down my cheeks burning my skin. I rember CHOKING on my words because the knot in my throat was so bad. I remember not being able to hold the stare of those who were attacking me with their questions, making my nightmare ever more vivid. I remember being shamed and ridiculed and accused of wanting to ruin a man years after the "all edged" abuse... And then, I look at AH and I get triggered. I want to reach into the screen and slap her across the face. Tell her that her (bad acting) attempt to pass as a victim is a SHAME to all those who have TRULY suffered (physically, emotionally, psychologically) from abuse. I want to tell her she needs to STOP 🛑 pretending she is a crusader for women's rights by fabricating things. She did so with the op-ed, and she is doing so with her continuous lies. She CANNOT say in court that she has never hit JP when, seconds later she says the opposite. You either did or you did not. And, believe me, when you are defending yourself from ferocious attacks, you don't have time to sit there and notice you are laying down on a filthy rug. You are too busy trying not to die. I want this pathetic farce to be over.... And try to cope with the triggering memories resurfacing of my own abuse every time I hear this "joke of a trial". One last thing. She’s called him a baby, she points out that he cries and in her world men don’t cry, she talks down on him throughout the entire testimony and it’s strange to me because most victims talk about their abuse.
