To be fair, it is unusual for a witness to show up like that. Not saying he's bizarre, but most witnesses act with more formality. I think lawyer lady just had her panties in a twist because he didn't say what she wanted.

This is not one of the defense's witnesses. The defense just began to call their witnesses last Wednesday which including Dr. Hughes and Heard herself. Alejandro was one of Depp's witnesses who previously stated that he never saw any injuries on Heard.

unfortunately that's what they wanted, he's made himself out to be an unreliable witness. His testimony would be more helpful if he'd made clear and confident statements rather than I don't remember. like "I didn't see marks" not "I don't remember marks"
