Sir.. I was injured my eyes at the age 4years .. My parents late to treat that so I will lose my one eye vision.. 🙁.. But it's not heart me But my eye become lazy .. So I look ugly.. Dear sir came across this video on lazy eye. I am 62 years old my left eye is quite normal. My vision in left eye since childhood is 6/6 without glasses. My right eye is lazy and vision was 6/60 p when I was 17 to 18 years. My amblyopia was noticed at the age of 12 or so. I was asked to undergo occlusion treatment but my vision was not improving much so I gave up. I kept on doing eye excercises given in the book by Dr Bates ( Better Eyesight Without Glasses). Today at the age of 62 my left eye continues to be normal 6/6, but doctors are prescribing + number which I avoid using. If it becomes very strainuous I use reading glasses. However the vision of my lazy Right eye is 6/36 p and not improving. Since now I am retired I have plenty of time to devote for the eye excercises. Kindly guide me any further improvement in vision is likely in lazy eye.
