For that first one: When two answers have the same amount of points, they need to come up with another way to determine the tiebreaker. Like, let the next person after the chimer answer until someone gets a higher answer...like they do when neither chimer says an answer that's not up there. Personally, if I lose points SIMPLY because the other guy chimes first, I'd file a complaint.
