Hi Joel, I was the person who recognized you on Monday morning at the travel agency "radius" and briefly greeted you. Unfortunately I didn't have time to talk to you as I had to get to work on time. :| I have subscribed to your channel long time ago and it's really nice to see that you are putting your travel wishes into practice. Big respect for this! I wish you a great time in my hometown Munich! Best greetings, Michael :)
Remember my time in the german army (submarine fleet)! Went to Bavaria for a two week sports training course. First day we were told that beer isn´t seen as alcohol in bavaria so we were allowed one or two beers at lunch time. Good and obedient soldiers we were, so the first days after lunch we were completely hammered - and no one really cared, lol!
@@macdieter23558Lived in Germany for 4 years, that’s why I think the British and Germans are similar we both love to drink 🍺, and German beer is the best.
Then you saw the left-wing Berliners, the conservative Bavarians and the cold-blooded Hamburgers. Then the Rhineland is still missing. You have to visit Düsseldorf or Cologne, drink Alt or Kölsch from 200 ml glasses in the old towns.
Bavaria is not like the southern US states. In the US, the southern states are the poorest, least educated states in the country, whereas Bavaria always ranks among the top 3 or so in economy and education. It's just that people are more politically conservative there and they have a stronger regional pride and identity then most other parts of Germany.
Exactly!!!! Thank you... Bit of an insult to say the least to compare Bavaria to the deep south of the US where people in certain areas live in shacks or trailers with no running water or any infrastructure whatsoever...
not even that is true in my opinion. As if people from NRW, BaWü, Berlin etc. don't have a strong regional pride. It's just like one guy is talking nonsense.. others copying it... and there we go... 2 years later everyone heard the same nonsense so it must be the truth. That's what's happening with the stereotypes about bavarians. I bet that 98.1% of these people havent even met any Bavarian or been to Bavaria.
Not inly that, the conflict goes back to the days when Berlin was the center of Preussen, a military super power who were always in conflict with Bavaria, the other German super power. Oh, and without massive money transfer from Bavaria, Berlin wouldn't even exist anymore. Being a socialist party stronghold for decades, they're completely broke.
Thank you for saying that. *insulted gasps still going on* While I absolutely abhor the politics of the Bavarian government, there simply is ZERO similarity to anything that is going on in the South of the US.
Just ignore anyone criticising you for drinking. One of life's pleasures is sitting in a bar in a foreign place, taking in the scenery and enjoying a drink.
Bavaria is „backward“? Nice try, Berlin…😂 Well, Munich definately is not! While You‘re here You HAVE to go to the Tollwood Festival!! It‘s in the Olympic Parc, You walked by a poster in your video (1:15). Great atmosphere, great music, great food… great time.
I lived in Germany for 4 years, if I had a choice to live outside the U.K. I think I would choose Germany. It’s a beautiful country and the people remind me of brits in a lot of ways, they can be a bit standoffish to begin with but when you get to know them they are brilliant people.🏴🇬🇧
I agree! I visited Britain twice this year so far. Despite so many differences, there's still a mutual general understanding. I always connect easily with British ppl, I adore their English and love their sense of humour.
To be fair, Munich x Berlin is somewhat of a hateful relationship alltogether. People from Munich usually don't like Berlin and people from Berlin don't like people from Munich, so people from Berlin would talk that bad about Bavaria. :D Grew up in Munich, lived in Berlin for a while and went back after 2 years. If you're still in Munich you should be going to Schloss Nymphenburg and alter Peter. If you wanna grab a relaxed Craft Beer go to True Brew Brewing Co., if you stay for partying go to Banwärther Thiel. Enjoy your time in my hometown, buddy!
Munich is not Bavaria either it is just another woke city in the middle of a conservative state. And we don't talk about the shi...hole Berlin, worst city with the worst people all over Germany anyway. If you want to experience Bavaria you have to go to the rural region.
Is there any region below Hannover which likes Berlin? I'm from Hesse I don't like it either. In the past it was militarism, severity and crampedness that we didn't like about Prussia, today it's the aloofness, boundlessness and contempt of Central European culture.
@@Frohds14 The Rhineland-Palatinate likes Berlin. Probably because parts of it were prussian in the old days. The region I grew up, the "Eifel", was known as "Prussian Siberia" xD
Bavaria is definitly traditionally more conservative relative to Berlin or other parts of germany, but keep in mind that what germans see as conservative is more in line with what the Democrats do in the usa. A party like the republicans would probably be considered far right in terms of their politics in germany.
you really have to get connected with germans! just get in touch - we don't bite. Not with other in the hostels that are mostly not germans and talk about their own mess. And Berlin....*pffft - a shitty city that does really NOT stand for Germany.
Welcome to Munich! I hope you get to experience the Eisbach Surfers in the English Garden and get to enjoy all the little things Munich and Bavaria have to offer. Let the Berliners say whatever they want. As a Münchner Kindl myself I can say that weed is not uncommon in Munich. Lots of wealthy people that enjoy smoking. Munich also applied to become the testing ground for marijuana legislation with coffee shops etc. But we will see if that will be accepted. All the best to you! Enjoy your stay!
Best thing of Munich is the southern surrounding. Especially the lakes. If you are a true believer of Bavarian culture and beer you have to do a pilgrimage to the cloister of Andechs 😊
Fun fact about Germans and beer-tradition: in the medieval world beer was sometimes the only way to drink safe water, because the rivers and water wells were so polluted. This resulted in some strange rules: the City Board and local authorities were required to meet early in the day, because later most members were too drunk to hold meetings. That's not true for all cities I guess, but I know for sure, this was a rule in my city in medieval times.
You get a better Comparrison to germany driving Through the Netherlands, Poland, Czechia or Denmark then being in Berlin. Berlin is just an Isolated Dumbster. Honestly Berlin shouldn't be the Capital
Bavaria, together with Baden Wuerttemberg, Switzerland, Lombardy, Veneto and Piedmont make up one of the richest areas in Europe if not in the world. I'm Italian, from Milan, and when I was a young man I often spent my holidays visiting these neighbouring places... very nice memories of all of them, particularly Bavaria. Love all of them.
Greeting from Munich, i would recommend you some day trips like: Wendelstein Mountain (there is a cable car) amazing views and a visit in Schliersee next to the mountain. Easy to traval via train and one of the most beautiful places in germany. Other worthwhile trips from Munich are Salzburg Austria, Murnau am Staffelsee, Prien am Chiemsee, Schönau am Königsee (classic tourist tour), Wish you a very good time in the south! :)
Are there really people picking on you drinking alcohol? Seriously? You do whatever you want. Period! You’re young, you come across as a rather well behaved young man. Enjoy every moment the way you want.
Man, when it's hot outside you should go for a *Radler* (Alsterwasser in Northern Germany), or if you prefer wheat beer a *Russenmass* ("Russian Stone") instead. Both are a 50/50 mix of lemonade (Sprite) and Beer. That way your alcohol intake will be less vulnerable, and you'll get less tired afterward. Prost.
Munich my town. hahaha neuschwanstein is a classic, one i can understand. Berlin is saying we stop the progress i must laugh if i hear this. A city which will be bankrupt for the rest of her life and need the money from the south to survive should be queit. But maybe its the injured proudness. Bavarian and Berlin. relationship status----> its complicated.
To say, that Bavaria 'holds Germany back' is an utterly stupid thing to say, sorry to your Berlin friends. I'm not Bavarian, but i have to defend them on that one. Maybe because Baden-Württemberg, where I'm from, is often described in similar ways. No German state contributes more to the federal budget when it comes to the 'Länderfinanzausgleich' (google it, I'm not gonna explain that to you) than Bavaria. Bavaria has the most startup-companies in all of Germany, and BMW and Audi aren't exactly known for stagnating innovation, are they? Yes, rural Bavaria is a shocker to any Berliner, but then again: Berlin would be bankrupt if it wasn't for Bavaria and BW. Tell that to your Berliners next time you meet them...😉😂🍻
It's not stupid - it just depends on your view. Bavaria does not have so much problems like other states in Germany, because less people live in Bavaria. In Bavaria live 187 people/km², in comparison in Northrhinewestphalia live 525 people/km². Another thing is unemployment that is at 3.5% in Bavaria, but in the rest of Germany 5.5% or higher. That these states have other priorities than Bavaria is logical and because of the different problems they clash with Bavaria and see Bavaria as a state the stops the other states in development when Bavaria votes different than the other states. It's not stupid, it's just that they have different priorities. Bavaria had never a dependence on heavy industries for example like metal processing, coal or shipbuilding that made a big part in other states and Bavaria isn't an ex GDR area with the problems they have because of the historic state directed economy and rebuild needed. I'm sure that many Bavarian politicians would be fast quiet if they had to solve the problems other German states have.
" and BMW and Audi aren't exactly known for stagnating innovation, are they?" Well, if you watch to the newest desicions by court against the chiefs of Audi, the basic statement is true.
Great to see you in my hometown. In the unlike event that I spot you today, I'll say hi. Also, I agree with your opinion about Bavaria being quite different to Berlin and that there is no judgement about who does things better or worse than the other. It's just different, that's the inner diversity of Germany and the Germans. The Neuschwanstein-tour is nothing special, but I recommend it to foreigners anyway, because they would always feel like they'd been missing out on something important which is worse than a little bit of disappointment.

No dude Bavaria is not backward or like the US southern states ,no way ! Bavaria is home to BMW , high tech heavy machinery , and is technologically advanced, it's just that Bavarians are conservative more so than those in Berlin . Berlin is the biggest city in Germany but it's more ethnically diverse and the people are "more loose" so to say than Bavarians .
Bavaria (or the south in general) may be seen as a to slow down progress. But is it really true? They maybe keep more on tradition. But when I think about high technology spots, car industry ... or more general the former Länderfinanzausgleich (--> wikipedia) .. it shows a different picture. In my opinion the Bavarians use one essential sentence while in other regions they tell a whole decorative story to say the same. This - I guess - often is misunderstood as "they don´t say much because they don´t know much". Baden-Württemberg once had the funny slogan "Wir können alles - ausser Hochdeutsch" = ""We can do everything except speaking High German"
and in the 1950s, it was NRW that put the whole republic back on its feet. If that hadn't happened, the Bavarians would still be shitting in the yard today.
The landscape with the mountains , forests and clear lakes in Bavaria is very beautiful. I`m glad for you that you like the Bavarian beer , the only thing is missing the food. Have fun in beautiful Germany.🍺
Beggarly Berlin is rushing against Bavaria, the richest state in Germany. Who would have expected? :D If Berlin were perhaps not quite so hip and trendy and instead working, Bavaria would not have to pay billions into the fiscal equalisation scheme (Länderfinanzausgleich) every year to keep Berlin alive. 9.9 bn last year, more than the 4 other donor states together...largest recipient was Berlin with 3.6 bn.
Welcome to Munich. You just missed gay pride this weekend with 520.000 participants/witnesses in the most conservative state of the republic. Hope, you don't only do the touristy stuff but enjoy the river or the english garden in the evening or do a bit of real beergardening the local style.
Berchtesgaden, the Königssee and Kehlsteinhaus would be a great day trip from Munich as well. In case you can find an affordable accomodation you could add the Austrian city of Salzburg to that trip.
I have just returned home to Hamburg from the region last Friday, having spent some days in Munich and a week in Berchtesgaden. Affordable accommodation at short notice - no way. I booked my hotel room months in advance and it was more or less the last affordable to find, everything else was 5 star high price accommodation. - Königssee, yes, a MUST SEE! Up Mount Jenner with the cable car and then a boat trip on the lake, Expensive but ab-so-lu-te-ly worth every cent. It was why I wanted to see this region and I was not disappointed. The views are divine! - Kehlsteinhaus (or The Eagle's Nest, as they call it in English)... hm. I went up to the parking lot by local bus, it was horrid, the bus doesn't run often enough, some people didn't fit in any more and were left at the bus stop at the train station. The drive up the hill like a sardine in a hot tin was one of the worst twenty minutes in any bus I ever took. At the parking lot you have to switch buses unless you want to walk up to the top which I definitely would recommend - and now it becomes ridiculous as this bus is a "special" bus although it looks normal and costs at the moment 30 € return ticket. That is a such a pathetic rip-off that it has to be boycotted. With all those masses of people you feel like being herded into an ark but you have to pay royally for feeling like cattle. Sorry, no. I refused to play that game and went instead to feed marmots. But where that is, shhhh, secret for those who can look around and be nimble and play detective. It's there but you have to find it. - Salzburg is a great place, the view over the city from up top the fortress on the hill, fantastic. The cathedral wants an entrance fee unlike churches in Bavaria which are open to the public. Mozart's Birthplace museum was a bit disappointing, but Salzburg in general is a lovely palce to visit.
4:19 craziest bullshit i've ever heard. In fact we bavarians (in average) have way better education and also the strongest economy of germany. Sadly we bavarians often have to pay the bills of northern germany (who are often just waisting the money?!), but they still see us as inferior... Also in bavaria theres way less of this "woke culture", which some of you might be seeing as negative but me personaly am very glad about. Not to mention that, what most of the world thinks is typical German culture, is actually bavarian culture. Especially northern germany dont gives a f about it's culture anymore, in contrast to bavaria, where our accent is still widely spoken! Hobedere
"backwards, hold down progress"?.. yeah.. thats why we pay extra taxes for more than 30 years now, to so support them building up their infrastracture and whatsoever, cause we holding up progress..
Oh, that's funny. People from Berlin say that Bavarians are backwards and hold down progress? Well, Bavaria is very wealthy. Their schools belong to the best. A lot of well known companies are located there. Berlin on the other hand is poor as fuck, and Berlin also have the worst schools. So when Berlin is the modern world Bavaria dosen't want...Bavaria is right.
As an Englishman, I imagine Berlin is much like London concerning their views on the 'backwards' folk of other parts. Like London it's an 'international city' and a capital, and (in my experience) when they speak of 'progress' it's not necessarily the type that anyone outside Berlin may want, nor something other than progress for progress sake. Anyway, great video and good to see you progressing on your international drinking tour. Keep it up!
It's not even just about political direction - most cities in central Europe are pretty progressive, not just in Germany, but Berlin is simply extremely PUNK. Like uniquely so. Other German cities are defined by something, like business (Frankfurt), trade (Hamburg), media (Cologne), industry (Munich and Ruhr area), Berlin is defined by being different.
Berlin speaks progress - and due to that "city state" unable to sustain itself, all other states are supposed to pay for that progress...that's why Berlin is probably the least loved city among germans...except the party people that are yet to pay taxes ...
Actually Munich is a very progressive city with a strong economy, a lot of international industry and many people from other parts of Germany or from abroad living here. Many Berliners talking about Munich or Bavaria don't even know what they are talking about - they are too ignorant or badly-educated to even judge.
Let's be honest, Bavaria has a lot to offer in terms of scenery. But you can really forget about all these tourist traps like Neuschwanstein. I would confirm the claim that Bavaria is backwards. This is probably also related to the fact that Bavaria is the state with the highest Roman Catholic population. And with this tiny party CSU in Bavaria. People from the south of the republic will of course deny this. Let the shitstorm begin
"u drink too much - u look at the wrong things - gib ur opinion, but only if its positive, otherwise we write a paraghaph about u being wrong - dont wear that shirt - shave underarms - eat that - dont eat that - dont eat that in the wrong city - u eat it the wrong way" Ye, I see why u dont spent much time in the comments, lol.
The Bavaria being backwards and holding Germany back comment is more a regional rivalry thing. Bavaria is culturally a bit different and actually shares a lot with Austria (e.g. in many parts of Austria they are using a Bavarian dialect), so this might just be a regional pride thing. Quite contrary to the comment, Bavaria has insane economics and the best ranked university of Germany is the Technical University of Munich. It's definitely one of the most innovative regions of Germany. Next to North Rhine-Westphalia it's also the richest region.
100 bucks for every single Austrian who declares that he uses a Bavarian dialect. Dude, you're on drugs!! Greetings from Frankfurt you _rich and innovative_ wannabe.... 😂
Modern Germany has developed something called Süd-Nord-Gefälle („South-North-Slope“) with the southern German states being generally better off in economical terms, lower unemployment rates, and more. It used to be the other way around during the Industrial Revolution, when the southern Bundesländer used to be more focused on farming, and the northern regions wealthier due to the big ports. Rivalry between regions has always been an issue, and I would not listen much to Berliners bashing Bavarians, or vice versa. There are even rivalries within regions, e.g. between the cities Cologne and Düsseldorf. Politics, local beers, food, etc. - people will claim theirs is the best and mock the next village, city or state for being inferior in some imagined form or other. In that regard, many Germans are just as petty and stupid as people in other countries around the world. 🤷♂️
4:32 You are wrong, in Bavaria there are some of the world's largest technology companies and more, such as: BMW, Audi, Siemens, M.A.N., UVEX, Playmobil, Thomann, ZF Sachs, Grundig, Zott, and many smaller companies producing highly advanced technology.

Damn they told you WHAT? 🤨😱 Bavaria had a BIP (engl. GDP) of 716.784 Mio. Euro in the year of 2022, when Berlin only had 179.379 Mio Euro and it is top-leader in Economy next to NRW (engl. North Rhine-Westphalia). When it comes to the political views it is true, that here in Bavaria are a lot of older Generations who vote for the CSU (middle to right) and therefore hold on to the "Althergebrachte" (the old fashioned way) however in the eastern states like Berlin or Thüringen and Sachsen there are sooo many people who vote for the AFD (super racist and far right) party who is way worse. PLUS when it comes to our traditions they call us Farmers but love to come to the Wiesn / Oktoberfest and take part. Pick you side please and not down the one and then go along with the other after all.
I agree. I lived in Unterfranken (in the northern part of Bavaria) for more than a decade, working for a multinational engineering company that was one of the big global names in its industry. I've also lived in Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony) and now live in NRW. People in Berlin often have a totally unrealistic view of other regions of Germany.
If you try to argue that Bavarias economy entitles it to backwards ideas or political parties like the CSU where some members use similar language as the AfD, that shows you just don't get it. Btw. from 1950 till 1986 Bavaria had to be subsidised and carried by the other states. And should I start with a ranking of NIMBY's in Germany guess whos at the Top. So all in all Germans in my limited experience (only lived in western Germany) consider Bavarians as super friendly people with huge entitlement issues.
He meant holding back in a sense of renewable Energie like wind power plants and (Power lines/Stromtrassen) ?We could have gone a lot further. But yeah it is what it is.
youre not an alcoholic. you fit right in to german culture ;) you definitely need to try an authentic well done wiener schnitzel with kartoffelsalat. if its to expensive "schnitzel nach Wiener Art"is ok too..make sure its pork tho
Also an extra info we have a special name for people who lives in munich but not speaking bavarian dialect. They are called Isarpreißen🤣And the rest of gemerany are all Preißen😊Preißen/Preußen is a kind insult we bavarian give non-bavarian people. It's more an insult if you use it against other bavarians😉😁
4:58 People in Berlin should stop complaining about the South, because after all it's us who's keeping them alive with our annual government payments...
It's a little strange that Berliners in particular talk shit about Bavaria. Bavaria is one of the economically strongest German states and large technology companies have their headquarters or development centers here. Berlin, on the other hand, is known for its run-down infrastructure, debts and for failed big projects. Berlin receives compensation payments from Bavaria and still can't manage its budget.
It is easy to make fun of Berlin because of their failing economy. But please don't forget that Berlin was largely geographically cut off for over 40 years during the division of Germany. Berlin's isolated location did not exactly encourage companies to establish themselves here - difficult logistics, uncertain political conditions. So it's no wonder that Berlin can't generate the same amount of tax revenue as Munich or Bavaria.
@@TheAxel65 The problem with Berlin is it suffers from the same problems over decades. From a neutral standpoint Berlin is the worst city in comparison. Big mouth, bad performance. And always arrogant. Berlin always got much money from outside and never was able to use it in an effective and responsible way. The problem is much more than economic issues. Its a problem with structures and mindset.
@@TheAxel65 Like Bremen and Hamburg city states should be abandoned and merged with the bigger states surrounding them. That would be the first step ....too bad Brandenburg seems not to even want Berlin as part of it ^^
@@voxdraconia4035 Nah, Brandenburg is also not in the best economical condition if I recall correctly. They'll certainly think twice about putting a debt-ridden city under their watch 😅
Well, we just happen to be in the same city today, schön aber überfüllt München. As others have commented, you've unfortunately fallen for the hype and are spending a day at the most kitsch place in western Europe. Starnberger See, just outside München, Englischergarten and the Rindermarkt and the nearby city of Regensburg would have introduced you to a more legitimate Bayern, if you thought that a pilgrimage to Dachau might be too challenging on a first visit.
What this German in Berlin told you is all about politics, which has a tradition of being on the conservative side in Bavaria, but that doesn't necessarily appliy to the people in general. Yes, the Bavarians have a strong sense of local pride, but you'll find that in about any region of Germany. To me, that's one of the nicer things about Germany: It's so diverse in language, food, tradition, and landscape that after traveling for only an hour you can find yourself in a different cultural setting. I hope you'll have a good time in Munich!
As a fact, Berlin is the only capital in the world that drags down its nation's GDP instead of improving it. If it weren't for the southern states, Berlin would be off even worse than it is now. Bavaria actually gives more money to Berlin than any other state, because it's well off. So next time you meet people from Berlin badmouthing Bavaria, ask them what is wrong with working hard and honestly instead of chasing the latest fads, doing drugs and sleeping all day.
Berlin had it way worse post ww2 than Bavaria and still struggles with the after effects of being literally cut in half until this day. Berliner attitude is the smallest of problems and does not explain the difference in GDP at all
So it is an effect of WW2 and Germany's division that Berliners have a horrible school system, can't organise a proper election, spend their money on gender-neutral toilets and can't build a working airport? Somehow I doubt that.
Jetzt sei mal nicht so pinselig. Ich bin auch Bayer und habe kein Problem damit. Das die armen Hänse, Geld von uns bekommen, passt denen selbst am wenigsten. Great video Joel. I’ve only been to Germany in winter- it looks so gorgeous in the summer time. Goodness, they milk the King Ludwig thing, don’t they! Even naming a beer after him. I’m inclined to think that the motives of König Ludwig and Walt Disney were quite similar vis-a-vis castle building. Fantasy and excess!
With the difference that King Ludwig created his fairytales only for himself, he didn’t mean to share it with the public. A note regarding König Ludwig beer, the brewery probably started in the late 13th or early 14th century as Schloss Kaltenbachs’ local brewery … was officially founded as a company in the 2nd half of the 19th century and through some rather “winding” history ended up again in 2001 or thereabouts with at around 50% ownership back in the House of Wittelsbach again. King Ludwig Dark is its flagship.
people in Berlin are ignorant, have prejudices without reasons and are not well informed when it comes Bavaria. and I'm VERY HAPPY if those bragging Berliners will not move to Bavaria in the future to escape from their dirty and failed city, full of crime, drugs. 🙏🙏❣
The 1st time ive watched this episode of 1 of your journeys & you said you've been accused 😂 of being of an alcoholic do you want to borrow my English liver lol Love your channel stay Happy just keep being you buddy
Regarding Neuschwanstein you must keep in mind that though it might be very famous it is more of a fantasy castle than anything else. It was built in the spirit of the 19th century when most people had a romanticised fairy tale approach to the Middle Ages rather than a scientific one. Hence compared to original medieval fortresses the basic structures would not conform to the standards demanded from a real castle but rather from a modern skyscraper and due to the fact it was made straight from the drawing board instead of having grown to this size through the centuries it has quite an artifical look to it which is typical for a lot of buildings of the historism era. Never the less it is a fascinating example of how Ludwig II and his architects interpreted and imagined the past - with a lot of icing on the cake. 🙂

All liberals are the same, they criticise non-woke parts of their country, while sponging off of their hard work. If all these woke cities were left to fund themselves, they'd be Bankrupt on the first day.
In Berlin they see themselves as progressive and it's obviously not about the economic situation. Local culture is being replaced with wokism. I don't even blame immigration because most of the immigrants are pretty conservative in their own traditions. Bavarians are like that too, they keep their own way of life, architecture, festivals, dialect alive...
Wrong! The South of Germany is the economic powerhouse of Germany (cars, IT,...) and Berlin one of the poorest and dirtiest cities... I like florishing conservative and innovative Munic as well as cool Berlin😂
Joel! Take a 20 minute train journey north from Munich to Dachau. A stark reminder of relatively recent German history. The one thing you will notice is the lack of birds, that's probably because of what happened near Dachau. Lest We Forget!
Bavaria Backward? In Germany, Bavaria has the lowest unemployment, the lowest per capita debt, the highest gross national product, the lowest crime rate, and so on. Fact is....the other 15 German states, would be happy if they were as "backward" as Bavaria. The truth, why Germans express themselves so disparagingly about Bavaria is just pure envy.
I'm not surprised people in Berlin see Bavaria in that way, looking at the way politicians of a certain very Bavarian party behave. However, I find it intellectually dishonest to paint Bavaria with that broad a brush.
I'd say that just the other way round!😂 I really love the north of Germany, especially my former residence Hamburg. I was very disappointed that he didn't saw much of this fascinating city. He didn't even go to the Reeperbahn (on a saturday night probably?)!!! What is this????😳 I'd like so much giving him a full taste of Hamburg!😂 Even the dark sides of the city, that would have been interesting. But, who cares, it is his first time in Germany and you cannot see everything all at once. Maybe he comes back for more. You're very welcome here, Dear American!
So nice to see your videos with a fresh view on my home country. People like you are an important part of peoples understanding. Keep it up and have a good time visiting. Maybe we meet in Munich later today. ;-)
Hm you are really getting around in Germany. That's good! I really like Munich. The city is really nice, i love the english garden and the German Museum. And the City center is definitely an interesting place with impressive and beautiful architecture. I am not from Munich btw, just visited it twice. Once i spent a week there and once it was a day trip. So you will probably have another amazing day today.
A good brand of blister cover in germany could be "Comped" you will get it in a pharmacy. It will help you stay on foot for your visit. Hope you won't get copyright striked for filming in Neuschwanstein. You know...we germans and our laws...
