I had some time at MIA before my flight to New York with AA in First Class. In that time, I filmed both the Admirals Club by Gate D15, as well as the American Flagship Lounge. The Admirals Club in MIA is nice, with comfortable seating in a decent ambiance, however, I felt that it could have been a bit more modern. The bar didn't seem brand new and the food spread was basic, with items such as toast, salad, and soup. The amenities found in the club are good enough. The bathrooms are clean, and you will find a work station, shower suites, and a bar. What I did like about the lounge was the seating and the bathrooms, which were clean. It is a nice and quiet atmosphere to relax before a flight. I didn't like the food options, and the lounge feels a little out of date. One of the seating areas was absolutely filthy and unclean. In terms of cleanliness, the Flagship lounge does a better job, with cleaner seating areas.
