Love the history! I had a APBT when I was a teenager, got the 7 Gen papers and he was a PR bred direct descendant of Razor Edge line. I remember being a kid looking at ads in magazines piecing clues about breeds and bloodlines!

In " 07 - 08" I was fortunate to almost do business with Mr Shepherd but do to the fear of my NFL business partner ,who's financial adviser told him dog breeding/kennels wouldn't be a good look because of the Micheal Vic case.He with drew the money and my deal fell through,it made me look bad in the breeding world. Mr Shepherd was very understanding and wished me the best. I had so many deals set up with most of the people He mentioned. I haven't bred a dog or owned one since. I Love Bullies. Period. I would love to own one now, but I can't afford to purchase one. Still I'm very fond of Mr. Shepherd and his dogs. Bless him.

I usetoo Have a sweet Gotti. Standard size. Perfect in every way. Looked like a black panther. My soul doggy!!!! Every time out in public I was offered quite a generous amount of money for her. Definitely felt proud!!!! My male was a Razer. He was quite beautiful himself. I never ended up breeding the pair. I felt if I had the pups would have ended up just with family. But I left it up to the professionals. I was just excited to have such amazing wonderful beautiful dogs and I got to be part of the family. This time around I adopted a Pocket Rescue. It took quite some time to find the perfect Rescue for me. There are so many Bullies being breed by people who do not know what they are doing and don't care. These dogs end up suffering and having a wide range of problems including agression. I dont know her bloodline. she was used as a backyard breeding dog. She is 15in at the withers. 20in head. 13in wide chest. A short snout and a defined stop. Shes about 55lbs. Shes a pretty blue with a champagne undertone and golden eyes. She does not have wide cheeks like I would look for if I was looking to buy. She is an amazing Girl.such a wonderful sweet gal. I'm proud to have chosen Rescue this time around. She is my BFF. Is there any way I can check her blood line. I'd like to know where she came from originally or was a product of originally as well as health possibilites.

I remember making an offer to buy Dax when he was a pup before Ed decided to keep him and name him Dax...its crazy he became famous 👏👏👏

I’m doing my research and I’m ready to get my 2nd dog after my Doberman passed of bone cancer at only 5 spent so much money trying to keep him alive bcuz he was so young but it was so aggressive but I would do it all over again to try and save him ... I’m looking now for a smaller dog either a exotic bully pocket bully or tri Frenchie I’m so ready but I’m looking into all these breeders that are amazing and very passionate it’s so hard to choose ! I can’t wait to make my choice and meet my 1st breeder get that experience and give my pup his or her best life!

I feed my dog Taste of the Wild but just recently came across a brand called Earthborn which is great too. I like them because my dog has food allergies that causes dry skin. On the two brands I mentioned his skin is clear, his coat shines, and he poops less. Both brands are about $40 for a 30lb bag. If you want to spend more EVO is even better but it's about twice the cost.

Anybody that says mutt doesn't understand the breeding process .... where do you think most of the breeds we've grown to love originate from if not mixing breeds over and over to amount to the exact type of dog needed to serve a ultimate purpose. .. thats the pont... the only time you or your dog is a mutt is if the multiple variants all happen to be within two to three generations and for no defined Objective.......

My fellow pit bull enthusiasts and I absolutely loathe the American Bully fad for a few reasons: 1. Too many people try to pass them off as actual American Pit Bull Terriers or in some cases even as AST's or SBT's - I've seen it! 2. They are breeding for looks and not soundness or health. It's all about the color (usually blue or red), gigantic heads, freakishly thick necks (or no necks), thick/pudgy/waddly/bowlegged nonsense. 3. They are ONLY bred by BYB's and puppy mills. 4. Calling them pit bulls only further complicates the public's ability to correctly identify a real pit bull. Hence misidentification in attacks and such. They're just altogether not a good thing at all. LEGIT: I think Bulldogs are tolerated because A. They've been around a MUCH longer time (I have socks older than the American Bully "breed"), B. They're absolutely delightful dogs, C. There are actual reputable breeders out there doing the Bulldawg thang, D. They're adorable and people love Bulldogs, no matter how you slice it. I think the real problem is the BYB's and puppy mills (as usual) that crank out sickly and deformed Bulldogs in the name of an almighty buck. EDIT: @Lioness - LOL! Pitopotamus! I'm SO stealing that from you. Oh, and he wasn't referring to American Bulldogs. He's talking about American Bullies. But the picture you posted of the brindle patch dog IS a great example of an American Bulldog.

He stumbled and looked around so nervously when he said his pedigree is "100% Gottiline and Romeo is his sire. I'm not saying he is lying but those are tendencies of someone who is lying. He blinked like crazy and was looking from side to and had to clear his throats twice. I feel like he knows something we really all don't know about Dax. But Dax is dead and Ed will never be able to have him back or too what he created even with the amazing Dax sons on his yard now.
