American Gladiators is one of my favorites in my early childhood growing up years ago!! I think I remember seeing it on fox 5 in 1989-1996 and I loved it so much that brought back memories of the show!!! But I feel the beat is so good and I don’t blame you guys I feel like it’s just an emotional experience!!!!
Mike adamle is a great guy to be around but he’s also a fantastic host!!!!! For real!!!!! I’m so happy that he’s in my life!!!! A real man who loves his family and friends!!!

If Cagney and Lacey had gone on for a few more seasons and their theme composer Bill Conti now was the main one at the helm, we could've heard action cues similar to this, usually, during a foot pursuit. And this should've been for Rocky V during a boxing match or during training sessions.

Wonder if you have some of the vocal less music that they played during the events from season 5 on. They released a CD containing some of them, but they have some annoying voiceovers, some of them are listed as the wrong event and aren't full tracks (LOVE to hear the full theme they had for The Eliminator) and some aren't even on there like the ones for The Wall and Swingshot (and the ACTUAL one for Breakthru and Conquer since they never had that on the CD, either).You found the Zonk theme, so hopefully we'll see some of those themes be found, too.

and it seems it's FINALLY getting rebooted in the 2020s, after multiple attempts never made it past the planning stages (Amazon Prime Video picked it up)
also, while AG would be the best when it came to adults competing... i'd not give the same award for the kids division to Gladiators 2000 (the officially branded kids version with a pre-WOF Ryan Seacrest), but rather say GUTS would be the best action/sports competition for kids (then again, i was a 90s Nick kid)
The old theme was dated for 1994. So Metro Goldwyn Mayer executives gave the producers the green light on having an upgrade for the series as the millennium approaches.
@@shaneharrisnj3484 The 10 second rule most certainly did exist; it was referenced in the first couple episodes of the season. Only after Jennifer Tantum hit the target from station 1 but after the 10 seconds had past did they decide to do away with the rule in the US.
Co-created by Johnny Ferraro and Dan Carr and I don't understand why Johnny Ferraro did took the credit for the creation of the American Gladiators and Dan Carr didn't! I'll see the two part documentary about the American Gladiators co-produced by ESPN and VICE to verify why
The original concept for the show was produced at the former Erie Tech High School in Erie, Pennsylvania (where coincidentally, Maria Sansone, who co-hosted the children’s spinoff Gladiators 2000 with Ryan Seacrest was born).
@smashwhammy I have no idea how you would even be able to find stuff like that. I've always wanted clean versions of the event cues and such, the closest thing is the ones from American Gladiators the Music but they have the annoying soundbites from the Gladiators and such.
@@ebEliminator In this case, it seems like he's piecing it together from the recordings. There may not even be clean ones still available. For example, Wipeout (1988)'s theme song is long lost, but very good.
American gladiators the music ost is the closest ur gonna get to event music and even that's annoying as it has adamle and other commentators talking over the music. The music to the events "assault" & "the eliminator" are available on RU-vid and other places without interruptions
