Weird thing about though, In the credits it said X-men 97 theme. So does that mean that the professor x that we saw in the film is from the animated series?
@@potatistatis6709 yeah but wouldn’t they call the them the 90’s theme since the show aired in 92, I just want to make this is the animated version and not just an nod
I was watching X-Men '97 the other day and it kicked me right back into my 90s childhood. Like, you watched your Saturday morning cartoons, if your mom was in the mood (and it helped if you had your best friend spending the night), you had your waffles, and if she wasn't you had your Eggos, and if you were very unlucky your dad made camp scrambled eggs and sausage ("camp" means "burned so thoroughly that all you can taste is carbon"); and then this music ripped out from the TV room/den/basement and you were like, "...shit's about to go down."
@FN-1701AgentGodzillaRangerPrime Ω doctor strange is tho, and it was in the movie so technically it is canon upon these movies not the universe it self
Poor Summers he's sure losing voice actors please don't let his voice actor from Wolverine and The X-Men be next cause I think he deserves to voice the true Cyclops one that's an emotional broken but still a strong capable leader not the Wolverine wannabe we got in Wolverine and The X-Men
@@tekno647 Hi Brett, great comment, only...(in my viewpoint) that's my major beef with people. So many adults, (assume) if it's animated,...then that automatically...means it's for kids! In fact, I've heard people say, (when browsing for videos to watch), when one person may say, ...hey how about this one? Then the other adult will say...(in a angry manner)..."I'm not 7,... that's for kids!" Even I get questioned by people, ..."why are you watching cartoons...grow up!" Yet,..how can people judge, what they have never seen?! I seen many shows like the 90's X-Men! Then there's shows like The Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes! The Justice League, Young Justice , Galaxy Rangers and Robotech just to name a few! Oh yeah, let me not forget about Batman Beyond! These shows are very adult! And I'm glad the producers treated these shows as if others, besides kids are watching them. But if people have the mindset (cartoon =kids) then they would miss out on very good shows! And that's their own fault! Just thought I point that out.
@A dudes thoughts They might, (if that movie isn't animated)! And when they get caught,...then they will blame it on (oh I'm only here because of the kids) they will not usually admit, they really enjoyed a so called, for kids movie!
Actually had a few of the cameos spoiled for me because when I looked up this theme there was a video in the search results that had all of them in the thumbnail. Super lame.
Those were better Days. The Children today dont even know what a real Opening is! They only get 12 Seconds of Music and the Show title. But the old Days. X-Men, Spider-Man, Gargoyles, Batman, Superman, Duck-Tales, Dark Wing Duck and so many more.
Gave more reason to absolutely love your mornings. More and more recently I've been missing the 80's/90's. Perhaps longing to relive it all again... ✌🏾😇the 90's rocked (sniffles lol)
I grew up and would set my alarm clock at 6AM just to get up and watch them all. Many years later, I now have a son of my own and am sad I can’t share the same fun and excitement for Saturday’s mornings with him as I did as a kid.
after the abomination that was Dark Phoenix, they probably aren't going to make any more x-men movies. Makes me kinda sad because a lot of those movies could have been great but ultimately it all came down to legal stuff between the rights to x-men and the different studios changing the story and not sticking to one timeline. That's why you have shit like Days of Future Past where instead of Rachel sending Kitty's consciousness back to the past to stop the Sentinels from being created, they had to give Kitty the power that Rachel was supposed to have because in this timeline Jean Grey had already died and therefore Rachel couldn't exist. It honestly just looked sloppy and other than a few other mishaps that movie wasn't too bad. Obviously they were trying to use their A-List actors which is why there was so much Mystique and Logan in that movie but if they could just keep some continuity then the movies could have been better and instead they kinda sucked overall in terms of ratings and to top it all the release Dark Phoenix and damn that movie just wasn't interesting at all lol.
@@genarosalazar2818 But it does The ones with Stan Lee making a cameo Unless they computer animated him into the movies I don't see it having any magic like the comics
That bit of info - about Ron Wasserman having written the "Power Rangers" theme(s?) - doubles down on the "of course" associated with Shuki Levy - credited alongside Haim Saban for many series since the mid-80s
... and latter it will turn vanilla . . . . . . . . . . . . . . For anyone trying to figure, i made a pun with rappers, since "Ice Cube" is the nickname of one and "Iceman" was another that late in his carrer start to be called "Vanilla Ice".
Hearing this theme again in Multiverse of Madness when Charles came in, and this theme playing once again when Bruno reveals Kamala is a mutant gave me goosebumps. THE MCU X-MEN ARE NEAR
My girlfriend and I are watching this on Disney+. We saw episode 1 and as episode 2 queues up the intro plays. She reaches for the remote control to hit skip. I gently placed my hand on her forearm and gave her a gentle but stern glare. "Do you want to hurt me?" I ask. "Omg No!" She responds. "Then never skip this intro." I said firmly. She sat back in the chair. We proceeded to sit in silence for another hour or so.
Picture it: the 2020s, in the theatre for the first MCU X-Men film. It gets to the Marvel logo, and like Spiderman Homecoming, an orchestral rendition of this classic theme plays over the logo. That would be amazing
The greatest theme tune of all times. I know this because Bishop came back from the future to tell me, and then, Cable came back from an alternate timeline future to concur.
The highlight of this epic theme...i wish it could be in the mcu...to mr he who produces aka kevin feige, please make this song as the entrance for the x men characters in the mcu...we as marvel fans would really happy if it happen😁😁😁
While I thought its usage in MoM was a fun little nod, hearing it pop up again in Ms Marvel got me really excited because its a big indicator that when the MCU XMen movie will happen, this will undoubtedly be its main theme or leitmotif.
TheFakeJake I watched the Spider-Man 90’s cartoon despite being born at the very end of the 90’s, and it’s still my favorite Spider-Man cartoon and one of my favorite interpretations of the character and world.
BoiMan the 9th I love that one too, but I like the 90’s one more partly because it’s the one I grew up with so I have nostalgia for it, and I just love how many different stories and characters it was able to adapt. Plus a ton of cameos from other Marvel characters, and imo the best version of the symbiote saga.
Hearing this theme takes me back to waking up on Saturday mornings to watch Fox Kids, Kids WB and the other local channels that had great cartoons such as the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers Beast Wars, Men in Black the Animated Series, Iron Man, Incredible Hulk and many, many more. ^_^
@@peepsg 4Kids sort of came after that. Most of those Marvel cartoons ended by the time WB and Fox Kids brought in 4Kids dubbed anime. Stuff like Cardcaptors and Pokemon. Then they dubbed Shaman King, YuGiOh, One Piece, F-Zero, and Sonic X. By that time, the only Marvel cartoon was X-Men Evolution because of the live action X-Men movie. It rebooted X-Men for a new audience and it worked. Loved the Spider-Man movies too, but the MTV show turned me off. The Ultimate comics were good though. Then 4Kids dubs started getting lazy and the voices got more annoying. I started digging around online and found the Japanese originals with fan subtitles. They were so much better! Never thought I'd ever hear Sonic say DAMN IT but here we are. lol
Don't forget, the Yellow Hoverchair Professor X was a alt-uni character. So... We do know through Ms. Marvel that mutants exist in 616, but what will Disney's Professor X be like? They'll likely still use Patrick Stewart, cause well, why would you not... but think, maybe it will be something a little different? Honestly my biggest hope is it's based off of the X-Men: Evolution cartoon from the 2000s.
