American horror story murder house - Vivian & violet confronts ben and stop him from killing himself/ ghosts kill ben and take the devil baby 1x13 afterbirth
I can’t be the only one that teared up a bit when they were decorating the tree? Yes they were happy (well not Tate and Haden) but they weren’t free, they were trapped for eternity. I especially felt for violet as she had her whole life ahead of her and now she’s literally house bound
Yea but that scene showed that although, they were because they had eachother. I thought it was beautiful. Violets death on the other hand. When she finds out... That was so heartbreaking.
If you think about it, it really was Ben’s fault that his family is trapped in that house. If it weren’t for his affair with Hayden they wouldn’t have moved to LA for a “fresh start”
You good point. They never move to LA. Violet wouldn't never have met Tate. Vivian wouldn't giving birth to the Alpha. So many people wouldn't die. If you go back eve further into the 1922. All the events lead into the stories.
I never got why everyone hates Ben? Tate killed innocent kids, raped his girlfriends mom, killed the gay couple and people fucking praise him. Ben cheated and truly felt sorry, but everyone hates him....
im not excusing tate but his acts are cuz of the house and that is literally explained, and ben it's just not interesting at all, annoying, and a bad dad, and what he did with that young girl its not okay
Literally. I genuinely don't understand why Tate is such a loved character. The actor was better AND cuter as kit Walker in asylum than murder house. Tate was such a soppy little freak. I hated him. Ben was definitely my favorite the whole show and Iam happy with the ending because he finally got what he wanted. A new beginning with his family. That was adorable.
I absolutely HATE the character Hayden!! I was hoping Vivian was going to show up and whip her ass! I wonder why Vivian and Violet didn’t show up.... 🤨
maybe some other ghosts were distracting them or keeping them away? or maybe they were tired from showing themselves? i can't remember if the ghosts get tired after manifesting/showing themselves or not, but going with other lore from a variety of sources, i think it might be possible. but it's more likely that other ghosts were keeping them away.
Why is every one defending Ben "He was a good guy" *boohoo* You do know he had an affair with a student got her pregnant abandoned her when all she needed was his attention, killing her/killed her baby + Any future she ever had... She's the ugly one, k! Id b more ugly than her if that happened to me 2, I think she handled it better than most she helped him with the police didn't kill his Child like he did as-well as his wife. She gave them more than enough chances to get the hell out of that house.. But no, Ben sent Vivian to a crazy house for being raped and having Paranormal PTSD had no idea his daughter was dead for months. Did he even say sorry to Hayden? He Manipulated, Lied, Killed, + his whole Fam killed in the process almost forgot *literally ending the world with his ego*
I know this sounds fucked up but that was the best way for him to go out. If he would have escaped, that baby would eventually kill him and he would never see Violent and Vivien again.
I love the way they shot and edited the scene with the ghosts and Ben in his study. I know that a lot of the effects were made because he's drunk. But they also give Vivian and Violet this hazy, ethereal glow to them, like you're looking at someone through a foggy window pane.
Ben was easily one of the best Season 1 characters. Dylan McDermott had the unthankful part of having to play the "boring" hero, but his acting was top notch start to finish. A normal, flawed family man trying to do the best he could. Still ticked McDermott never won an Emmy for The Practice. I hope he wins one for SOMETHING one day!
This was the best part of any season. They had similar things happen later on, but this moment was the first time I just sat there stunned and I couldn't believe they just killed off the entire family. I really thought he was going to make it out the front door with that baby and so I was very scared for the baby, since the other baby was a ghost in the house.
Don’t anyone else think it’s weird that this entire season wouldn’t happen if Ben wouldn’t have cheated. They wouldn’t of have to move, Vivien would have stayed and had her baby, no one would have died. Because of Ben thinking he is always right and not believing in anyone but himself, everyone is dead. Even when he thought the cop was the father of the second baby and conforted him to him putting Vivien in the phyc ward cause he. Thought she was going crazy to him pulling voilet out of the house cause he didn’t know she was dead. I can’t even blame it all on him,I have to blame Vivien for running back to him every time. Then he was going to lull himself so they can be together at the end I would have turned him and kicked he ass out. He even took the baby from contase who is a fairy stable mother just to send the baby of to Florida when technically it’s Tate baby. I just feel like if Ben didn’t think he was so highly in power and thought that everyone under him was crap none of this would have happened.
I disagree. Violet said let's buy this house because she was an edgy teen. That's the reason they died. Cheating happens and Ben is just an idiot but he is not to blame.
im just saying they should have just left when the intruders came and almost killed V&V. fuck getting security systems just gtfo before another serial killer fanboy decides to come over.
@@nahimiYT They are adults. She is a teen. Most adults would not leave their financial decisions up to a child. You're sick in the head for that stance. Yuck
if you watch again you will know there are two babies... one still born but later in the last episode it turns out to be alive (Not the antichrist one)
Exactly. Hated this entire finale as well. Felt very disjointed and half baked. Also hated that they set up things here yet didn’t follow through until several years later.
I liked this season but it was rally frustrating like at the end of episode 2 Vivian is like: "We're selling this house" and desperately wants out of it, I know I wouldn't stay after all the shit that had happened in the house and the creepy ass neighbours but they end up staying, Violet dies which I think could've been prevented but Vivian was fucked since she was pregnant with the antichrist
One of the only kind off good endings in AHS IMO. I really got attached to the Harmons and im happy that they were finally together as a family again and this time, they were happy. Thats all they wanted anyways.
I’m just going to believe that in an alternate universe that all those good ghosts came and saved Ben and he ends up raising Michael. Also in another one that the Harmons never came to that house
This whole finale did for me. Why didn't Tate and Vivian walk alongside him? Why didn't they fight them off? Why did the rope just appear out of nowhere? They killed him off too quickly, rest of the finale felt directionless and I hated the Beetlejuice like finale
Probably the first bad finale of the show's run. Felt like they had no direction. Hated the "Beetlejuice" like finale as well Why TF didn't Vivian and Violet walk alongside him? And why didn't they appear to fight the others off?
I just noticed Vivian’s voice is just like Misty’s but that doesn’t at all look like Lily Rabe am I wrong? Just a coincidence maybe but w AirPods on she sounds so much like her.
Realmente me dió mucha tristeza el hecho de que Ben muriera cuando estaba decidido a irse, me hubiese gustado que el comenzará una nueva vida con el bebé después de tantas muertes
Alright I've only seen the first episode where Ben was an asshat. So why are people so sympathetic for him now? What did he do to redeem himself? I'm just curious. The show makes me wildly uncomfortable and the chatacters are super unlikeable(at least in the pilot) so I'm probably not gonna watch the rest of the season anyway.
You should tho. This series is amazing and very interesting. Believe me, if you'll watch it, you'll be glad you did. Yes, it can be very strange, especially the pilot episode, but this show overall is sooooo good and entertaining! Especially when you will see the easter eggs and connections between the different seasons!
Yeah, that’s arguably the biggest and worst plot hole here. Why didn’t Viv or Violet walk with him to make sure he was safe? I’m sure they could've fought off Hayden and the others
While I liked your comment, she did not know it wasn't his until they found out Tate raped her in that disgusting costume. What I don't get is how a ghost has sperm. But whatever, there were so many plot holes in Murder House, I still liked it though.
I watched one episode of this show and stopped. It was just too boring. The main characters seemed like they were hallucinating. When this happened it was hard to follow what was happening. I'd say there's more weird sex scenes than gore. Most of the main characters were unlikable. It was not scary or suspenseful considering I was just waiting the whole episode for these shitty characters to die.
