Problem is Premiere League big owners are mostly outsiders who are literally Buying the whole league. Man City is basically Saudi State owned. PL is at that point when it seems a honeymoon period before everything burst on ur face at once. These clubs are in massive debts & each owners just pump money to cover that up, proceeds to lose money then pump more. Its a cycle if not controlled can collapse on ur face . There's also geopolitical factor. England allowing Other states to buy out its biggest league. Theres a reason Country like Germany is trying to protect its League & club from outside owners. Economically all major countries are now slowly moving to protect their markets . Its not just football . PL although has done better job in distributing money among clubs compared to other leagues , It needs to be controlled at some point . Football is largest sport in the world cuz compared to other sports it has managed to establish a certain level of balance. Football was built by Working class people. It was for working class people. Now this unlimited american style Doping in sport market taking away this sport from ordinary people. Look at the season ticket prices & u will realize. if this keep going soon they will also be forced by rich owners to demolish the relegation system too.
