I think you should do second part with bands like Dżem, Perfect, Lady Pank, Coma, Happysad, Myslovitz, because it's like a classic polish rock so I think you can be surprised about how good it is😊😉

Męskie Granie is an annual music project that includes top Polish musicians (mostly alternative - but not only!) - it's a great piece of music :) If I may suggest something there is also project called "albo inaczej" - polish rap songs performed by: 1st- Polish legends of music, 2nd - by new artist on the stage ;)

Ya I respect all of them for being great musicians who hustled hard to get where they are now. But I definitely like Rap/Metal/Edm more than these. But they were still pretty good and interesting!

Very good and amazing video man. In the "Weź nie pytaj" song you messed up the translation a bit, the correct one should be like "Come on, don't ask" and later "Come on, just hug me". And one thing I'm actually pretty amazed about your polish pronunciation because i think you've never learned it and it's still not bad ;)
,,weź'' in the meaning let's get smth or come on and do something with me. Weź się przytul - come on and cuddle up, ,,weź się starzej'' - which means come on and getting on (with me) :)

If you would translate "krok w krok" it would literally mean "step in step", in english it doesn't really have the same ring to it but has pretty much the same meaning as "hand in hand" .

People often mention old bands and musicians in the comments. Not without the reason - music was awesome in 70', 80' and 90' probably due to the fact that it was some kind of cultural manifest against politics and hard times, you know the lyrics are often deep or have hiddden massage, sometimes interesting metaphores. Older people mostly don't really like today's pices because they lack this depth of the old stuff and they're too simple or too direct. But you picked the masterpices, polish rock and alternative (ballads often too) are still really good. We present some different quality compared to the western and american music. There's a lot of times when I look for this alternative sound and only play polish playlists. Nice video, if anyone is curious why there's so many polish here - we like to be noticed by the forginers because we're not like very popular country in comaprison to UK or US (we're practically not actually noticable). So we apreciate the interest :)

I would hiiiighly recommend Taconafide (it's the colab of two artists - Quebonafide and Taco Hemingway, both polish and pretty popular) and Dawid Podsiadło alone. Also, Missisipi w ogniu by Organek is super cool. The dumplings - kocham być z tobą is amazing too or Mikromusic - takiego chłopaka. I promise u won't regret those picks.. Any song really. They r all amazing.
You should try alternative scene (it may not so easy to find but worth of it). Try classics in punk rock like KSU, Dezerter, Kult, Moskwa, Pidżama Porno, Armia, Siekiera (it was huge scene). We have pretty heavy metal scene too: here ACDC, Hunter, ONA, TSA, Kat, Closterkeller, Artrosis, Moonlight (last trinity more gothic). Electronic dance music like techno, house, trance and similar things are more undeground things and very hard to find. For its taste you can try band called Bodycall: they have song called Samotność (Loneliness). Next band called Switchface "Królestwo Robaków" (Worm Kingdom) and La Sante "Kury i Psy" (Hens and Dogs). Disco Polo is exception (very mainstream genre): here Boys, Zenon, Akcent, Bayer Full. It is mostly played ar partys and weddings and

Fun fact for 1st and last song - both of them came from music event in PL called "Męskie Granie", that have a place once a year at the end of summer. It is a festival, oscilating around rock music in general (and mixed with other generes, depends of the artist). Every year has it's own anthem, opening the festival and both of those songs are from the same event, but different editions :) "Męskie Granie" means "Mens' Music" or "Males' Music" (in direct translation it sounds terrible), but as you can see - there are both men and women taking part. I guess the title is rather expressing the "raw" rock side of fesival or direct way that music gets into your heart and mind (doesn't have a thing in common of discriminate girls to participate!). It's very popular and enjoyable :)
