Let's not forget the story where Greg ended up hilariously pleased over getting a high five from Ryan. I think we also have to add the Lady Gaga interaction where he helped her out after she made the porn reference.
Bear in mind, the contestant has never seen the card until the moment they read it out. How could anyone possibly make up a viable story for "I once caused an injury to a man, whilst trying to get a different man to say the word 'vegetables'" if it wasn't true?
I love the way you have both become connoisseurs of UK comedy - you recognise the guys/girls, you know their schticks, and very soon you will buy a kettle to make tea, instead of using a microwave
Gregg is always great on WILTY . There are so many funny moments from the brightest and best of comedy ,acting and presenting every week . There are quite a lot of these sort of compilations out there . He is also the Taskmaster , another show worth reacting to .
Greg is the host of a hilarious show called Taskmaster, which pits comedians against each other in performing ridiculous tasks. Well worth watching (though there might be copyright problems with it)
The woman next to David, on the owl drawing, is the wife of the writer of black mirror and was the longest presenter on children's magazine show called Blue Peter which has been going for decades.
Brilliant reaction video between the both of you. Thankyou both. Have you done a reaction to Rhod Gilbert airport luggage or him trying to buy a single potato? He does perfect rants on both occasions. 🏴👍
Gregs story on the Graham Norton Show is well worth watching, there could be more than one so you'll be looking for the one where he is with Russell Crowe and I think Ryan Gosling and Jodie Foster. He also has a sitcom loosely based on his time as a teacher in which his father is played by the legendary Rik Mayall, the series is called Man Down. And talking of Rik you should have aa look at Bottom.
I have been asking for some Greg Davies content for a while now so thank you very much. The man is superb on Would I Lie To You. I would also suggest checking out his Chris Eubank impression but you would have to know who he is to get the reference
Great channel mate. Totally off topic but I was watching the first episode of 'Bo Selector' last night, it's a 20 year old show but still one of the most outrageous sketch shows ever. Hilarious, think you'll like it!
At 14.09 on the right is Doctor, John Cooper Clark, THE punk poet, a true warrior artist, still kicking the sheet* outta the park when it comes to cerebral non conformity, try " I married a monster from outer space" or the sublime "twXt" not guffawing laughs or tittering giggles, just a living legend whose work will be forever emblazoned into the history of true punk, and loved and appreciated by future generations, check him out.
If you want more Greg Davies things. The Greg Davies & Chris Eubank Impression & Reaction in One Video | 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown The Funniest Greg Davies' Moments on The Graham Norton Show Moments That Left Greg Davies Absolutely STUNNED!
I went to his 'back of my mum's head' comedy tour, so funny live, and afterwards came out and posed for pics - really friendly guy, even put his arm around me........like a windmill of bones!
Hi guys, Greg did a stand up show called Firing Cheeseballs at a Dog which is absolutely hilarious especially a section about school nicknames ! And the story relating to the title is so funny I cried !!! Loving your channel, its my daily dose of sunshine, keep it going ! Love from The UK 🇬🇧 ❤️
You need to see Greg Davis on Graham Norton describing an incident thar happened to him when he was a teacher, he has Ryan Gosling crying with laughter, here is the link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yuXGpUR7fXA.html
He also played a teacher in his own series Man Down, basically a goofball teacher struggling with adulthood. Quite funny if you like his style of comedy.
One thing you should know about Greg Davies (if you didn't get it from the video), not only did he play the teacher on Inbetweeners, but he was actually a teacher before becoming a comedian. Some of his stand up revolves around his time as a teacher. Also, if you like David Mitchell on Would I Lie To You?, I reccommend checking out his shows with Robert Webb. There's the sitcom Peep Show about two completely opposite flatmates called Mark and Jeremy all filmed from a 1st person perspective, and That Mitchell and Webb Look, which is sketch comedy. Some great ones that come to mind are "are we the baddies?", "The Quiz Broadcast" and "Numberwang"
Another fun fact - not sure if it was on Graham Norton, but he has said that the school scenes were not only filmed in the school he used to teach at, but in the actual classroom that was his!! 😄
A little quip early on - where Greg is singing Baa Baa Black Sheep, it's good he and Richard Osman are seated rather thN standing (he's the one in glasses not asking him to sing) as Greg is 6'8" and Richard 6'7"... and Gareth Malone (the instigator) is a humbling 5'9¾" - and obviously Rob Brydon (the Host) is 5'7"....
Friday night dinner is another good show that you should watch with Simon Bird in it from The Inbetweeners. Also Man down is another good sitcom you should watch with Greg Davies in it from The Inbetweeners and also Rik Mayall who is also very funny and they look like each other!!
Greg Davis was a teacher before he being on television so it makes sense that he is great in the Inbetweeners, also it is in fact true that kids younger than 10 years old think up certain things that as an adult we look to far into it ie: How do you put an elephant in the fridge? Kid "you open the door", & how do you get giraffe in the fridge? Kid "you let the elephant out and replace him with the giraffe", us adults would start asking how big the fridge is or would assume the fridge is small
Greg Davies reminds me of a PE teacher we had at school. He used to shout insults and laugh if you ever fell over,he called us all a bunch of pooftas and organised one round grudge boxing matches after school where we’d punch ourselves silly for 3 rounds. There was always lots of boys showing up. This teacher also used to fart and say to us,that was a good ‘un wasn’t it. Probably get done these days with all the snowflakes.
That was hilarious at 2:55. By the way has anyone mentioned the comedy show THE LEAGUE OF GENTLEMEN? If you'd like some really twisted humour, think it'd be top of the list. The reactions should be priceless! Great Chanel, I subscribed
if you Like Greg Davies.... he is Welsh [ From Wales ] ... he was also a School Teacher before taking up acting.. he also does a show now called "Taskmaster.." - Taskmaster 2015 - Present day - which is on it's 14th series [ Season ] Taskmaster is a comedy panel game show. hosted by Greg Davies & Alex Horne. The panel players are 5 selected celebrity comedians, which all of them need to bring in the winning prize, at the end of each episode. [ example ] one will bring in something they hate ... and another might fancy the challenge.... to bring in something they wanna keep... making them try harder to win that episode.. The tasks are either silly or very tactical... like ... [ example ] get a bouncyball into a cup by bouncing it only twice.. or a silly task to make the celebrity comedian, look totally stupid ... but ... the score is shared between the contestants throughout each task... highest score for the best... lowest for the worst... the episode winner of points gets the things brought in... but the points are added on to the next episode... until the trophy is awarded to the series winner. The tasks are done by Alex Horne & the boss of decisions is Greg Davies.. Here is a sample... Series 1 Episode 1 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-v4YhsooE5xY.html
Checkout Task Master - Greg is the Task Master & is wickedly funny (as is the rest of the show) - now on Season 14 in the UK & every season is excellent! Bob Mortimer & many of the UK other comedians are contestants.
Hi King and Queen Boomer! Greg Davies makes my sides ache, along with Sean Lock. There are few comics who have the ability, warmth and charisma to make fun of things without being insulting.
Don't know if it's been recommended before but you need to give "Man down" a try starring Greg Davies really liked that series, also the outtakes on RU-vid, and something I always recommend to anyone who likes Ricky Gervais watch the outtakes to any of his series, predominantly extras and Derek (again available on RU-vid) , if you don't laugh at those your not human, particularly the boys on Derek in the caravan
You have to remember that when you get into a very funny grou of friends here in the uk, this is the kind of stuff that you do. Very childish, but very funny. You got to love British humour.
Hi I noticed that you played a video with Jeremy Clarkson about the VC, well Jeremy Clarkson did another documentary about The Greatest Raid Of All. It was the biggest raid of heroism of the Second World War. It was where the commando’s were born and other country’s created similar fighting men from this heroic mission. Every man that was sent on this mission were told that they expect them not to come home, all the men who trained for this mission was given a chance to walk away just before leaving but all of them refused, all of these brave men were told to write a fair well letter to their families by British officers but the letters were only given to their families after the mission if they didn’t return. The Germans out numbered the British by 20-1 and the brave British men thought till their last bullet. One British soldier was on a ship firing a gun at the German boat and the British soldier had been shot 16 times and continued firing until he fainted through the loss of blood, that brave soldier died through the lack of blood, but the German officer on the German boat contacted a British officer and told him what had happened and said he needs a VC for his continuous bravery after being shot 16 times. 160 commando’s lost their lives in this raid but they stopped the Germans biggest battleship Turpitz from sinking allied ships saving thousands and thousands of men. You’ve gotta watch this documentary it will blow you away. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-07Zd0Oy8JyQ.html

Hi hope all is well with the boomers Please watch British comedy One Foot in the Grave Don't let the title fool you it's hilarious You won't be disappointed
It took you the first 2 attempts to realise he was weird? At least you did get it, not hating on anyone but most Americans would have taken a lot longer, if they ever did get it, but you'll understand everyone on the panel and will find out who is mad, crazy, and some could be normal. Anyway good job,
