About the Petrol and Gas thing, It is just two different names for the same thing. Although it is called Petrol in more places than it is Gas. A servo is what you call a gas station. That accent is a "wog" accent. A "wog" is someone whose family immigrated from either Mediterranean or Balkan countries (Possibly deriving from "Golliwog" since we are tanned people.). The British-Australians used to use the word as an insult to degrade immigrants but we embraced it and use it between ourselves. Let's see, I'll give you a quick run-down of things that really confused me at first: Arvo=Afternoon, Cuppa=Cup of Coffee, Brekkie=Breakfast, Macca's=McDonald's, Sunnies=Sunglasses, Runners=Running shoes, Eskie=Cooler, Thongs=Flip Flops (NOT underwear), Aussies shorten EVERYTHING, intermix it with curse words, and most talk REALLY fast. I had to watch lots of Aussie TV when I first moved here just to be able to understand everyday convo! (Hahaha Convo=Conversation)

In Aus we use petrol and deisel. Its a naming difference. We use the same stuff but USA seems to prefer just calling it all Gas. Except for LPG (liquid petroleum gas) which is the only one that is technically a gas but you call it propane.

Created from and spawned into the Movie The Wog Boy 1 and 2. Also a stage show etc. You also have the hilarious movie Hercules Returns. Then following on from that you have Fat Pizza tv show, Housos, Shift and Swift. So its a mix of Ethnic based Australian Accents. With some Bogon mixed in. For Class. I recommend all of them.
