Ambulance Service Pipes & Drums playing Amhrán na bhFiann (The Soldiers Song) The Irish National Anthem at a GAA Festival, Sallins, Co. Kildare, Ireland 2009.
Would be nice to have them playing the National Anthems at Croke Park, or Lansdowne Road when it reopens, for a Six Nations match between Ireland and Scotland.
I'm still trying to get a copy of the sheet music, I'm not having much luck though, sorry. The pipers in the video just made rough notes from listening to other bands playing.
I've asked one of the pipers for the sheet music and it turns out they just scribbled rough music from listening to other bands playing. He doesn't actually have a printed copy. I've asked other pipers for copies but it does appear to be a difficult one to find. Sorry I couldn't help but I'll keep looking.
+Cameron Bland Thanks for your comment Cameron, don't cringe, we were quite the inexperienced then, doing our best to do well in public, we have come on very well since then. Best regards.
