@@infamousjt G'day Jamie , my preferred suppliers down here are Combat Company and Tabletop Empires, I'm sure the new book will turn up there in the next few months. I'm also interested in whether the ammo paints are suitable for brush only painters like myself, I've had the impression that they are thinner than Vallejo Model Colour (for example), and were more aimed at airbrush painters.

​@@JackSargePainting Hey Jack, Sorry for the delay in my reply. Our paints can be applied with brush or airbrush, inside the book two lines of acrylics are used. Both are water based acrylics. The majority of the painting is done with Figures Paints (with a white cap) which are slighty thicker and perfect for brush application, these are also easily diluted for airbrush use. From your description these are more like the consistency that you are used to. As well as our yellow cap acrylics which are slightly thinner and although often used with an airbrush, they can easily be applied with a brush, using several fine layers. Both ranges are fully compatible with each other and can be mixed with each other, or with acrylic auxiliary products (as shown in the book.) The book is focused on techniques and application of paint using only a brush, so it is perfect for a brush painter like your self. There are only a couple of examples where an airbrush is used and only for specific steps (not the whole tutorial). In the cases where the airbrush is used, alternatives for brush painters are also provided :) I hope this helps, but do not hesitate to let me know if I can be of any assistance!
