Here's a little improvement of my older run("little" of 47 seconds :D ). It took me a while to succeed the beginning glitch but whatever, we're currently searching for a better way to do the Crypt and after we'll exploit it to the maximum, I'll redo an improvement(maybe sub 5 :) ). aside from the beginning, eveything is pretty perfect(aside from the chair in the library -_- (At least, it's less than a second).

The reason is pretty simple, the goal of a speedrun is to complete the game as fast as possible, including using glitches. There is different category to this, including glitchless, which I already done, if you want to see it, here's the link /watch?v=slhZnoZeRGQ&feature=relmfu . Though, everything is a matter of perception, I personally prefer glitches a lot more than without glitches but I agree with people who consider this"breaking the rules" so that's why I did a glitchless version :) .

@BiryuTheFox You get a different ending by finishing the game at 100% not by saving everyone and if it's really by saving everyone, the only reason why I wouldn't have the different ending is because a) I didn't interact with the last one even considering I saved him or b) I didn't do the crushing room, I did save everyone in this run, I'm completely sure about this, if you're still sure I didn't, name me one person I didn't save.
