The QCOSS Quality Collaboration Network and Research and Evaluation Networks were joined by Donna Didlick (Project Director) and Hayley Harris (Lived Experience Lead) from the Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia, who will speak about their journey in co-design in the development of Finding North and the Finding North Network.
The Finding North team share their reflections from working in partnership with an evaluator to gather data on people’s experiences of the network and the website.
This session, recorded on 11 April 2024, includes valuable information about the importance and approaches of embedding lived experience, expertise and perspectives that community services staff will find useful and thought provoking when incorporating these practices into their own service delivery models and evaluation practices.
The QCOSS Quality Collaboration Network and Research and Evaluation Network cohosted this session. QCOSS members have exclusive access to our networks. Find out more about becoming a member: www.qcoss.org.au/membership/
