In this video, I show you how to use Amplitude 4 to get that famous Swedish death metal sound that bands like At The Gates, Entombed, Nails, and Black Breath use. People use a variety of pedals to get that sound, but the original is the Boss HM-2.

How to improve this channel? Add one more video and you have two videos which is an increase with 100% !!! Then take it from there ... :D And the guitar sound is just awesome!

Too much distortion, especially if you're adding overdrive/distortion effects on top of distorted amp. Also use that noise gate!

Get a behringer hm300 its 100 times better than that hm2 from amplitube i actually get closer using the hm1 from amplitube

Nah it doesn't sound like it at all to me. Needs more buzz. Better way to control that low end though is to use a multiband compressor and just compress the low end

@TeapotMullah you're right that's going alittle bit over board but it really doesn't sound good to me at least. It's missing the key elements that I really like from that kind of sound.

done the same setting and I get insane feedback... sounds awful and cost me 60 bucks :(

look at your input gain, also make sure you have a good quality audio interface or Di input. If you get a shit DI guitartone into the computer you will have more of a muddy/noisy sound.
