This short song describes the battle/feelings of Lux and Nyx during the first Eclipse. The song 'A Beautiful Song' from the NieR Automata OST was a perfect choice. ( • Video )

[Incerpt from the story 'Creation of Bara no Tara']
Consumed with rage, Nyx raised the moon in the middle of the day in retaliation and unleashed her undead army onto the subjects of the world. Creating a waking nightmare for the living. The world was thrown off balance, the day covered in shadows and the only way to stop the torment was to end Nyx. Lux knew this and he confronted his mother and father, volunteering himself to be the one to put an end to his sister.
With his parents' approval, Lux appeared before Nyx, he tried to reason with her at first but Nyx would not listen to him, and so the battle began. Alicorn against Alicorn, Light against Dark, Sun against Moon, Day against Night, Brother against Sister.
Creation comes Life, but with life comes Death, and with death comes Rebirth.
The battle between the siblings raged on, the dark sky stalling time as they clashed. Lux knew what he had to do in order to protect the world and to keep the balance. With a final cry, Lux released his magic to its fullest; it engulfed Nyx and himself in the blinding light. With this final blow, the children of balance were lost in infinite time.
