If you have FSA funds that might be a way to pay for them. Pharmaceutical expiration dates are determined for a worst case storage situation which is the higher humidity and heat environment of most people's bathroom. The DOD and FEMA stocks are in climate controled storage and also displayed adequate potency and bioavailability similar to what the FDA reported. Keep them cool, dry and perhaps even vaccum sealed and you should be GTG. (I have a degree in biopharmaceutical technology)
I’d have to keep probiotics handy. Antibiotics screw me up really bad. I’d be dehydrated in a matter of hours if I didn’t have probiotics to balance out the antibiotics
