An Architect's Home | House Tour 

OMG ang ganda. I never thought that this kind of house exists in the philippines. Usually i just see these kind of houses in LA or Mallorca.

PH architects are truly world-class!

I've seen a lot of house tours but this one is my favorite, it doesn't look like a depressing big, I can feel life living in this kind of house!

Mike Pena was an architect whom i look up to when i was in college, i first know him from Urban Zone with Daphne. and now here i am following his son, Paul Pena and looking forward for more videos like these!,

I like how chill the presentation was. Makes you feel at home rin. They sure know their audience market. I also noticed in the credits that the video was created by Carla Peña herself. Very. Well. Done.

The house is really STUNNING! Mas panonoorin ko ito kaysa sa iba na puro gimmicky para lang makakuha ng subscribers , na imbis ang bahay ang pinaguusapan napupunta sa presentor at sa mga guests ang usapan. Dito straight forward with little jokes time to time Nagpe-present ka sa mga Filipino so dapat mag Filipino ka. BIG THUMBS UP!

PSH PSH PSH You had me laughing hard! Thank you for this video. The house is beautifully made, feels warm but modern. Some may say that structures with industrial elements feel too masculine. This is not the case with this house where the sweeping views bring in the softer elements. The ceiling fans on the overlooking lanai/terrace/balcony (not sure what to properly call it) also caught my attention! Such a nice detail.

It's a relief for me to see such architecture stands in the Philippines. I always watch home architectures from other countries and it's almost the same as this but seeing one in the Philippines is actually quite wonderful. I hope there will be more house tours to come. I will just enjoy watching house tours even if i don't have the money to buy them. Godbless.
