As a designer, I think mostly because it's our passion, it's what we breathe for. I'd gladly give any of my projects walk-though and explanation of what every single detail means.
Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.
Absolutely not, as I've closely tracked my portfolio's performance, witnessing a staggering $482k growth in just the last two quarters. This experience has taught me the secrets behind experienced traders' substantial gains in what might appear as unpredictable markets. Undoubtedly, it's been a bold and rewarding choice I made fairly recently.
"ROCH DUNGCA-SCHREIBER* " serves as my advisor, bringing extensive qualifications and experience in the financial market. Her deep understanding of portfolio diversity positions her as an industry expert. I suggest delving into her credentials for further insight. With her considerable experience, she offers valuable guidance to anyone seeking to navigate the complexities of the financial market.
Love this quote, especially when compared to youtubers and influencers, who buy an expensive house to show off instead of buying a home, where they can live.
not without a partner it's not much of a home ... kids almost at college age... it's a way for this architech to make retirement money actually - this video is made to hype up the value of the home. it's a real estate thing ... it's not much of a 'home'
This is one of my favorites The Local Project has shown. Simply stunning. I love the different shades of terracotta, rust, soft peach, orange, paired with the white. Makes me want to be one of the boys!
This is a real home. Warm, stylish, airy, friendly, cool. I love this . And the architect/owner is really likeable: calm, friendly, creative and positive. Thanks for this The Local Project team, your videos are the best on YT.
Wow. Imagine living/growing up in such an inspirational home environment in such a beautiful part of the world. I’m a big believer in the space in which you spend time influencing your mood & optimism in life. Pretty magical.
I just want to say, the way these RU-vid videos are put together is gorgeous. They are extremely artistic and crafted with attention to detail. I appreciate that level of effort in work 🙌🏻😊
Are you looking for the Truth? We can’t have our own truth, that is what we call opinion. Jesus said, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. In other words; follow His way, which is true, and you will have life. We all yearn for what is true in some degree. Here is what truth does according to the Bible, “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free (Bible verse: John-8:32).” Seek Jesus and you will find Truth.
What a beautiful home, filled with light and warmth. And those windows are really the feature that make the home gorgeous. I love the garden boxes that surround the home and invite the outdoors in. The piano is a beautiful sentimental piece. I can’t seem to part with mine either. Not as old but my mothers, that I learned to play on also. Thank you for inviting us into this relaxing home.
These series are TOO good for words. I'm just absolutely in love. The filming, the vibe, the home, the editing, the storytelling. Everything is just freaking on point.
Absolutely gorgeous. Nothing but envy and inspiration from this viewer I'll be dwelling on how to achieve a similar aesthetic on 80s houses in Melbourne's western suburbs. Thanks for allowing the Local Project into the wonderful home you created
Whilst I love architecture I find it more and more difficult to connect with the current extreme affluence and attitudes. It would be exciting to see how great design and lifestyle could be achieved for those with less resources.
I love that lounge room! It's a perfect execution of upgrading an older house with all of its limitations like low ceilings and small windows! And, overall, it's a great home for a chill father and two teenagers. Lots of cool spaces for music and relaxing
Best home on this channel, looks inviting and friendly and bright, has a beautiful roof and love the wood finishes it truly looks homely and has character unlike all the grey concrete square things people are calling homes that look dark cold and uncomfortable.
One of, if not my favourite Local Project video. Beauitful spaces, lovely colours, amazing greenery, wonderfully articulated. Great home, great video. Currently watching this whilst I'm grinding through my architecture studies in my first year at university in Bristol, UK. I loved the bit at the end where he said "sometimes you don't overthink things and some of the decisions you make are a lot more intuitive, there can be some really beautiful outcomes that come from the speed of the process." As a master overthinker, I often struggle with speeding up my creative process. Inspirational stuff. I hope one day I can design my own home for my future family.
The Vitrocsa windows just made the place look so much bigger and the firepit being incorporated into the sandstone was a nice touch. Have no doubt this would have cost a lot.
I find it so beautiful he designed himself and his children such a wonderful home. Love all the sunlight and the furniture choices are immaculate. This was filmed so beautifully and the background music was the perfect touch, great video :)
Congratulations Nick. You have created a beautiful home for you and your boys. Such a thoughtful, sensitive and earthy design...a lovely retreat and sanctuary.
Soy mexicano y no hablo inglés pero, escuchar y leer al mismo tiempo pude seguir lo que dice..obvio no entendí nada pero sentí que ya habló inglés...ja ja ja ja.
What I love about this “home” is that we can highlight and appreciate its elevated and unique features and arrangement, BUT, it’s not so out of touch that it’s uncomfortable. It looks legitimately occupiable and relatable, while still maintaining a level of design that gives it that stylish touch only an architect/designer can create for oneself
Some beautiful textures and colours there as well some really original and creative features like the awning and front door that are just so unique and special
1:15 & 6:38 I wonder whether the painting in pink line in his living area tells much about his preference. Not really pleasant about it, with a prejudice only because I haven't seen it in person and really could be confirmed of what I am suspicious of. Hope not, as I like some of his other works.
The house is beutiful no doubt but the kid's room doesn't feel like a kid's room , idk if it's just me or not .... Let the boys choose how their room looks like , just an advice cuz everyone has different vibes ...
Just want to give some respect and recognition to the video team. Superb Job, the music, visuals and pacing was amazing. Told a nicely structured story with such peaceful vibes. Great job whoever worked on this piece!
Lucky family, for three men there is something quite warm about it that seems unexpected. Love the glazing system and how it disappears along with that disappearing awning detail (that acts a piece of colourful design)and this location looks like a little paradise. I'm not a car person but the widdle car is everything! I don't think I would be brave enough to use the exposed tub but if you have the confidence why not?
