The TJ jasmine rice does come in clutch! Wifey and I eat it frequently. Having you in his corner this off season taking care of his nutrition is gonna be clutch! #podium2023
Mother of a competitive gymnast. She trains 23 hours a week and she loves the Dave’s Killer Bagels. She doesn’t like eggs. So for breakfast she will have a smoothie with fruit and veggies, protein and collagen, and a paleo muffin, and Lara bar. Lunch is usually 2 quesadillas with guacamole. She eats dinner and a snack before practice. Then a snack at practice (Lara bar, fig bar, fruit leather, banana, Gatorade 2-3 if these items). When she gets home it’s usually a protein pancake, 2 beef sticks or a paleo muffin and apples. Through out the day a lot of water. Good to see the amount of food he’s eating to help his body feel well.
