Saw you at EmQuartier food court, my wife loves your videos... We lived in a couple of condos in Thong Lor and noticed that when condos units are still being sold the maintenance and upkeep of the building is really good, but when the sales are complete the building starts to look really run down.
Much appreciated! I think it totally depends on the condo. The one I live in is 10 years old and it’s in great shape. Other noteworthy condos such as Noble Ploenchit, Millennium Residences, the River, Ritz Carlton Residences are also in pristine condition.

In 0:33 I hinted that this condo could be a more affordable alternative to the highly successful "The Strand" condo by the same developer as this condo seems to have a similar design concept, layout, and build quality, but is just one stop farther down the BTS and with a bit more facilities. From what I understand, this condo uses an automated parking system where you go forward to enter the lift, then when you want to leave, you also go forward rather than backing up, which makes it more convenient and less prone to congestion during peak times.
Is the promotion still available the buy back plan? after I think 7 years then the developer agrees to buy the apartment back for the exact price you paid for provided you notify the developer of such intention to sell back to the developer. Thanks.
