Join Josh Noesser from Trails Offroad™ as he and Tony Pellegrino from ‪@GenRightOffRoad‬, Paula Lea the ‪@jeepngypsiesadventures1655‬ , Mark Hubbard, Valeri Douglas, and the boys from ‪@synergymfg‬ off-road as they set out on an epic overland adventure traveling through central Utah on the Surreal Views Adventure sponsored by PSC. Along the trip, they see amazing canyons, rock formations, legendary camping, and beautiful views. The trip takes them through San Rafael Swell, Zion National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, The steps of Escalante, Lake Powell, and much more. Join Josh as he takes his nearly stock Jeep Wrangler JLUR and Tony to test out the new Aftershock EXS platform on a 500+ mile trip through Central Utah. Loved that drive up to Smokey Mountain and out to Alstrom Point. Crosby Canyon is also a fun drive.

Most offroaders are family, doesn't matter if you known them forever or just meet them 10 seconds ago. That is one of the reasons offroading is one of a kind. -- Thank you for watching.

Great trip! I took Poison Springs canyon a couple years ago and camped at the spot where Butch Cassidy was carved. Then we kept going and camped at Sunset pass. Then we headed into the Maze and it looks like you guys headed south towards Lake Powell. Then we spent the next 3 days running to the Dollhouse and then to the Maze overlook and then up the Flint switchbacks. Did that trip with a couple other rigs and I was in my Powerwagon! Great memories

It is an awesome area of the country. We are mapping full trail guides for Poison Springs (if we can cross the Dirty Devil), Flint Trail, Maze Overlook, Doll House, Cleopatras Chair and Panorama Point as those trails are world class!

My wife and I did the steps in 2018. We loved it!!!! Many great memories were brought back with this video. Like the older couple in their Toyota Highlander we met on Smokey Mountain Road, white knuckled on the steering wheel asking in a stuttering voice, "how much further to Escalante"? County road doesn't always mean a good road out there as the trail of car parts attested too. We spent a night above Kelly Grade overlooking Lake Powell and another night at Alstrom Point, magical. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

Another great video! I took a week long Utah adventure, the beginning of the month. We ended up getting rained on for a few days and nights, but damn, it was still amazing. Can't wait to get back.

Great looking adventure. Relieved to see worst situation was just one rig getting bogged down in mud by the lake. Do not like seeing rigs suffering serious damage mishaps.

I live in Utah and have used so many of your maps and GPS routs, but I have not seen a "poison springs" trail here, only in AZ. Will you put together a trail list for this video please?
@Trailsoffroad
@Trailsoffroad 2 года назад
Let us work up that list. I will either put it up here or in the blog. You can also reach out to the JeepinGypsy's as they regularly host runs down these trails.

You follow close eating dust from the truck in front.?
@Trailsoffroad
@Trailsoffroad Год назад
Not ideal, we usually try to space out far enough to stay out of the dirt. Most of the time we are in the dust is either the wind is blowing direct at us, or going through turns.

I'd like to see just regular jeeps and 4x4s off roading. All these rigs have thousands of dollars added.

Give me a hint where I said that (Time in the video). Thinking back, there was a lot so it is hard being old hahahaha. Are you talking about the spot at 12 minutes?
@Trailsoffroad

I dug extra deep for this one, but that spot at 12 minutes is on Smokey Mountain Road at 37.18795576753989, -111.45142181362813

There was, it might be what you see laying on the ground (fell off), that or it is out of field of view. They were also synthetic ropes.
