hey my brother so glad to read from you and is so cool that you tend to find my comments you such great person and one of my fav sub my channel is very lucky to have as matter of fact i adore MY DYING BRIDE as one of my personal true Goth Doom metal bands in history of england i truly cannot remember ever telling you that i don't like them too much?? it must have been a confusion sorry if i gave you this wrong idea not sure what happened maybe i was thinking of another band?? anyway love the guitar tone and melodies from Andrew, those very well used electric violin moment and Aron's voice/personality MDB is just pure perfection and we are very lucky to have is also great how they never betrayed their Doom metal roots one of the few band who stayed faithful to their great tone and atmosphere how me brother in case you don't know look for MIDNIGHT'S ODYSSEY one of the most underrated Ambient Black metal bands out there with loots of Doom aspects about them easily the best band in history of Australia
@@GothicXlightning hey, no worries, I might have confused something after all. We were talking about Anathema back in the day, that for sure. Andrew guitars are really something, real pillar of the band. They have that ancient quality to them, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I really look forward to their new album, the last one was excellent. So elegant and... Sad. With dignity. Kind of gives me similar feeling as Dark Souls 3 (if youre familiar), of something coming to an end. I will have a listen to that band on your recommendation, thanks mate. Seems we do tend to go to the same places, at least on RU-vid, haha
maybe i was referring to ANATHEMA but only cos how they abandon their Goth DoomMetal aspects of them which is the one i will always relate the most but you know what i mean i know you are familiar with my music, hope you still remember my old rough low audio quality demos i have on this channel? just me sitting infront of laptop about Anathema i will always ADORE their 3 first Albums and after that some of their songs here and there is not that Anathema became bad is just that their doom side is what i loved the most and what i wanted to hear is curious that you talk to me about it when i was listen to MEMENTO MORI and SHROUD OF FROST by them :) god i swear Memento is ultra underrated and very relatable to me, talking about the true meaning of Goth Metal man just wanted to say that, wish you all love possible me been here in New york been one of the few rare Doom metal defenders while trying to keep my instrumental doom/Post Metal band and truly is harsh but i will never abandon my true love for it just happy to read from you and makes me always relief that true amazing people like you do exist in some other corner of the world never change my friend and stay blessed as you been
