Diane Bush That wouldn’t get you much in NYC. MAYBE you can get a 1 or 2 bedroom co-op in the cheaper boroughs. Upstate NY may get you a small townhouse
There's no tankless here because it's all electric, the other realtor said. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-30VjqFMya2c.html You might want to tell her that there are electric tankless water heaters and they are actually more efficient than gas tankless water heaters. I personally thought they were all electric as I've seen them in Florida.
Happy birthday to yrew Happy birthday to yrew Your small and your ikkle And it’s your birthday to Love this video . I’d have liked to have seen more of it 🤨🤨 but LA homes for that price are a whopping nooooooooooooooooooooo
I will give you an example: I moved from Southern Nevada outside Las Vegas in a town of Pahrump. I sold a Beazer home that was 2 years old. 1540 sq ft 3 bed. 2 bath single level with 8200 sq ft lot. for 215k, with a 40 dollar a month HOA. The same home in Vegas would be about 40k more with a lot size around 5k to 6k sq ft. I just purchased a DSLD home in the out skirts of Gulfport Mississippi 1624 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bth single level with around 14,000 sq ft lot for 175K, in a very nice neighborhood that is secluded and very quiet, no HOA. You can find the same model in a near by subdivison built by DSLD for 165K, with a much smaller sq ft. lot. That would be an example of what 50k would get you.
Happy Birthday, YREW!!! Generally, do you feel that if you spend more on new construction @ similar locations, you get better value? Here $50k won't get you too much more...maybe $100k be more of an upgrade. You mainlanders make me sooo jealous.
Kristina, I find that builders really tend to overprice their upgrades. I would suggest the new home owners hire a company to do certain upgrades. Wood floors floors!!! (Carpet is cesspool of germs). Light fixtures, sinks, tiles or custom closets. I think you can get a better deal from an interior designer or a store ( Home Depot, etc) or by getting a recommendation for a good carpenter, electrician etc.
