That's me! The chestpiece is the Paglth'an chestwrap of Healing from the Paglth'an dungeon. The pants are the Amatsu Haidate from the FF11 "Maiden's Rhapsody" crossover, but I think if you used any plain black pants it should look about the same.

You know, with the amount of people who fail these mechanics, I have to wonder if they can even see the blatantly obvious text boxes telling you how to avoid it =/

They cannot! A lot of people completely ignore the text boxes during boss fights. Even when I'm trying to pay attention to them I still end up missing like half of them anyway because I'm trying to focus on the boss and my rotation.
