Hi all, today's video wasn't a planned one but felt I should film it in its rawest form. I'd had a couple days feeling extremely numb, alongside bad anxiety and paranoia. So here's me just talking through a few things, not looking my best, but hey, that's reality sometimes.

I feel exactly the same and will potentially get a bpd diagnosis, thank you for sharing this video it makes me feel like I'm not alone in suffering with chronic emptiness.

i relate to this so much i really appreciate you for making this video dude. especially the thing about whole weeks where you’re just dissociating, paranoid and drained. locking myself in the house bc of the fear of going outside and feeling like you’re battling between two minds. thank you so much for this video, makes me feel so much less alone with the bpd shite! wishing u the best i hope u feel better soon

Watched this again , quite a lot to take in first view , very honest and truly BPD , so much connection in what your saying and how moods flip and thinking changes. Thanks for posting this , i feel better in that its not just me suffers this way , yet sad that others do too. Hopefully lockdown finished soon , weather picks up and you can try to get some normality back into your not so normal life x

I think the "sleep paralysis" thing is completely normal, as is not wanting to do stuff you need to do if you're depressed. I wouldn't beat up myself up too much about it. Much of what you experience is perfectly normal regardless of bpd.

@@madelinerose9161 any recommendations to fix this mood changes , im 54 only diagnosed last year after nearly 30yrs told depression and anxiety go out for walks stop drinking bla. I no that if something is not treated it gets worse. Same for anything. Never been so messed lol. Don't like it at all and I can't for trying stop it. No cure yet hard to accept.

@@johno6637 sorry to hear this John. I find it hard when my moods are cycling through one to another. Usually I’m reluctant to do anything majorly taxing to fix it, so I go for things that’ll distract me but not take ages and feel like a big effort e.g cook something easy, have a shower, talk to someone but make them talk about themselves to distract you from your own mood. Not sure if that’s helpful, but I agree going for walks or being told not to drink isn’t always helpful. I prefer the more practical distracting tasks x
