The capacity, competency & character concept I love. However I do think capacity & competency is more collaborative than the job/responsibility of the leaders in position. Team leaders are responsible for providing frameworks and opportunities to develop. However they cannot force team members to get better, all we can do is empower them with the avenues to do so, but we can't force growth, only encourage it.
